From start to finish this company was very professional. Keith responded right away and came out to give me an estimate for my roof. All the questions I asked he was quick to respond. Once I signed the contract he even made sure a tarp was placed on my roof to prevent further leaks until they could get started. I am very pleased with the job they did, and my roof looks wonderful! All aspects of the cost was explained well and Keith was at the site every day and made sure to update me on anything extra that needed addressed. Nobody else will ever touch my roof again. Keith and his crew are phenomenal. The work was done in a timely manner and he was very upfront about all costs. We changed our mind on the color of the roof a week before they were to begin working on it and it didn’t phase them one bit. No whining about it and he got the new shingles in and still started the job on time. Keith gave me a quote for our roof back around August or September of this year, and I was hoping to wait until the spring to have him out to do the work, but this year's Halloween storm and the leaking bathroom ceiling it caused changed our plans. I called Keith the morning after, and he not only honored the now months old quote, he got everything ordered and the new roof on the house before Thanksgiving.His crew was very thorough in preparing for the new shingles, and 14 full 4x8 sheets of new decking later the new roof was on and water tight. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It made a huge visual improvement to the house and it's a huge relief knowing that our house won't be rotting away from the inside any time soon.In addition to the great work, Keith was very gracious in dealing with my nonstop questions. I'm an engineer and a heaping dose of both curiosity and perfectionism come with that occupation. Keith took the time to answer my questions and took them in stride, and was overall very communicative and open about the whole process. I appreciate that in a contractor and will remember it when I have other big projects in the future.If you need a new roof, and want it done right, Keith is the guy to call.

I hear he is good but do not ask him to give you a quote. I'm in the process of buying a commercial property. The building needs roof repair or a new roof. Before finishing the purchase agreement I needed to know how much it would cost to fix this roof or replace it. Called up Keith, he asked if I owned the property. I said no, he said he will not give a quote to anyone that does not already own the building. Keith just lost out on a $25,000 + job because he was not willing to help or even talk to me about a quote. Very rude and as a business owner with 3 businesses I will never contact him again. Keith, you have to give a little to get back sir.
