Needed a new metal roof for my shop/loft. Enter YES contracting with a very affordable quote and helpful staff. I spoke with Jeremy about the project and he showed me a great roofing package that not only fit my needs but exceeded them. He explained the product well and how it worked. Jeremy also told me how the warranty worked, which I was pleased with. We set a date for install and delivery of materials.The materials were delivered and a short time later a crew of workers came out and setup shop. The skinned my old roof and added sturdy plywood with a waterproof membrane over it. The metal was cut to fit and installed professionally. After the install was complete, they picked up all the trash and hauled it off. I would use YES contracting again and appreciate there follow-up to make sure I was happy about the job.

Yes contracting just replaced our gutters and we couldn’t have been happier without work! We love them! Tony Brown was so prompt and professional to work with and even suggested we change the color of the gutters to add more depth to our home’s appearance. I’m so glad he did because our house now pops and looks AMAZING on the corner of our neighborhood! They also replaced our roof a few years back. We will continue using Yes for our home needs!

Crew started on time; Worked efficiently; Worked till dark and finished the job in one day, despite the fact there was extensive rafter repair required. (Tree damage). Great looking finished job! Want to give a shout out to Tony Brown. He came out to the house after a limb put a big hole in the roof, he was there seems like in 30 minutes, mobilizes a crew to put a emergency tarp on the roof with in an hour. Did I mention it was raining with strong winds! He worked with the insurance company to see they paid for damages and upgrades due to code. Tony is very knowledgeable and with his expertise he worked out details with said insurance that they would have tried to passed some of the cost to me!

Back in june 2023 I had 9 new windows installed. Steve and Frank as installers did a good job. Only issue was 2 windows weren't caulked well enough on the west side of the house. I caulked them myself and they stopped leaking. Derek did have the windows sent my home 1 day early WITHOUT my knowledge. Overall experience was acceptable.

We are extremely pleased with the results of the projects that YES completed. From the first time Tony Brown came out to give us an estimate, and to the many times we had to change the project to get the exact product that would work for our needs, he exceeded all expectations and in a timely manner. Once the project started, we had constant communication with the project manager and crew. There were many hidden issues that were uncovered during the process and each one of those were addressed and taken care of. I would highly recommend YES and Tony to take care of any exterior projects on your home.

The work went exactly as envisioned. The team was very professional. The y laid out a tarp, removed the old roof, swept repeatedly every day for nails and got to work immediately on the new roof. When we pointed out that one of the new shingle hip lines had a bend in it, they straightened it out with no problems. Once the work was done I walked through and had a minor punchlist of things that needed fixing (gutters, scrapped shingles, etc. They came back the next day and did not leave until I was satisfied. YES was recommended to me by a neighbor and after our experience I would definitely recommend YES Contracting to anyone else for a roof job.

I had the opportunity to visit with Jeremy about my roofing project. He is knowledgeable, professional, upfront, and responsive in both timeliness and content. He returned my calls promptly, and answered all my questions and then some. It was great having someone that would explain things to me in as much detail as I wanted, so that I knew what I was potentially buying. I feel he is top-notch as a salesman; he answered my questions, never pressured me, nor said anything disparaging about other contractors (which I don't appreciate). I would rate him A+ in terms of my dealings with him. He certainly left me with very positive feeling about the company, and I will certainly refer others to him when there is an opportunity.

Jeremy was so helpful in my siding selection. He went out of his way to provide me with as much information on colors and materials. I am extremely satisfied with his services but also with Scott and Cody, they installed my siding and WOW! It looks amazing. We ran into a snag or two but it was remedied quickly, really no loss in time. I also had a small repair on my roof that was fixed in an afternoon. These folks do excellent work and are so easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to them, their services are expansive. Thank you to all that had a hand in my project.

I have a medal roof that is over 15 years old with an addition. I had minor leakage around the vent boots and moderate leakage at the transition from the addition. The transition was more of an issue than originally anticipated. Tony with YES Contracting was very professional and returned three times to make make sure that the project was completed with no problems and that I was satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely be contacting Tony for my next project or repair.

Wind damage to house and storage building- Solution- Yes Contracting.After contacting Yes Contracting, Tony Brown arrived and gave me estimates for the issues above. He matched my damaged siding and sent his crew out to replace and repair. .These guys are professional and made the work look easy. He also gave an estimate to replace the roof on my storage building . While removing the damaged shingles, they found additional damage to the sub roofing that was not apparent during the estimate. Instead of replacing the shingles over the damaged wood ,that I would never have seen ,the Yes Team brought the needed repairs to my attention and made a proper and complete repair. I now have the repairs completed but more importantly I have the confidence and satisfaction of knowing that Yes Contracting is a company that I can depend on for quality work and honesty.

Tony Brown came and inspected our roof after we noticed four shingles in our yard. Not only did he inspect it to make sure there were no serious issues, he quickly replaced the shingles for us at no cost to us. Soffit and gutters was my project. The estimate process was smooth and all my questions were answered. They were ready to start my job twice before I was ready. Once I was, the crew arrived early, worked efficiently and completed job before time quoted. They cleaned the mess and I got a bench (my wood) built for free as their ladders were too tall for the soffit process. THANK YOU!! Finding this company YES on the internet was like stumbling onto the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! I called yesterday. Today a wonderful gentleman named Tony arrived earlier than scheduled, after phoning to ask if I'd like him to come sooner. He arrived in 10 minutes from that call and within 5 minutes had our detaching soffit 18 feet up nailed back into place despite the rain. Tony was friendly, courteous and professional. YES Contracting began working on my roof/chimney leak repair on August 13, 2020. I was told that evening that they weren't able to finish that day and would be back the following day to finish. Surprisingly, weeks went by before they actually 'finished' the repair. During that stretch of time I could not get a response from the project manager or the project estimator as to when they would return to finish and the roof continued to leak even after I was told it wouldn't from that point on. I asked multiple times if they could tarp the area until they could stop the leak to prevent the water coming inside around my TV but that also didn't happen until weeks later. I will say that the guys actually working on the roof were courteous and did apologize for the multiple delays and advised me that they had a few emergencies come up so I just let my grievances go since I only wanted the job done at that point. Once they 'finished' the job the leak continued so they told me it must be due to an issue with the siding so they tarped the siding off entirely yet the leak continued so it became apparent it was still an issue with the flashing they had worked on. They sent another guy out to look at it and he said he found an issue with the repair so they came back another day to fix it but left the tarp on the roof and I haven't heard back from them since even though I have sent multiple messages to the project manager and asked the receptionist to have the manager of the JC office call me. Now it's coming up on three months since this project started and my roof is still leaking and the company is completely unresponsive. I tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but it's become very apparent that the values they list as important to them on their website are untrue. To them this may just be another job but to me this is my home and I'm having severe heartburn trying to figure out how to proceed from here to get the leak fixed. I know other reviews rave about their experience with YES contracting (that's how I had come to choose this company in the first place) so I only think it's right to let others know of my experience so they can make an informed decision when selecting a roof repair company. My wife and I purchased our home in November and knew that it needed a little work done including a new roof. Fast forward a few months and with all of the spring-time rain, we realized we needed a roof a little sooner than anticipated. I was put in contact with CJ from Yes Contracting and he came out the next day, prepared a quote, got us financing on the spot and had the installation scheduled the following week. The project manager, Nikki came out and made sure that everything was taken care of on the day of installation and the crew did a wonderful job and worked very hard all day and was able to complete the roof all in a single day, even with the steep pitches of our roof. We couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of YES! Contracting.
