This is my third time using ReDo Homes for my home remodel projects. The first job was huge consisting of multiple rooms including the bathroom and kitchen. The second job was small. It consisted of a front door, inside door, and window replacements. This showed me that no job is too big or too small. ReDo is willing and able to do it all. I mention this because I have had difficulty in the past trying to find someone willing to come to my home to do small jobs. Currently, ReDO has completed a complete renovation of my mud room and stairwell to the basement. This included closing up a window, raising a portion of the ceiling, and updating electrical. The crew did a phenomenal job. The job estimate was quick and easy. Sitting down at their office and going over the job, materials, and special orders/requests was awesome. They ensured we were on the same sheet of music, asking questions, giving feedback, and leaving nothing to assumptions. When it came time for the actual job, the crew arrived on the date and time that was schedule. They came ready to work. Crew members were on the job site every day from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Only taking time for lunch and to pick up materials, they worked nonstop. To me this is unique. Experience I have had with other contractors consisted of not showing up on the scheduled days, or only working for a couple hours, leaving, and not returning for the day. My house was built in 1954 and it is evident there have been several remodels through the years. This was no surprise for the ReDo crew. In fact, it is as if they expected the “problems” and were ready to deal with them. There weren’t any “surprises” to cause the agreed on price to change. It is evident to me the years and level of experience allows ReDo to plan ahead and foresee the issues. In my experience with ReDo, you will pay the agreed to price as long as you as the home owner does not make changes during the project. My style is Mid Century Modern, ReDo Homes is capable of designs of all preferences and tastes. They aren’t a “one trick pony” that can only do one style or design. I recommend ReDo Homes for all your remodeling needs. I have more work to do and I will only use ReDo Homes on my future remodels.

We contacted ReDo about adding a half bathroom to our laundry room. Jamie told me right away it would be a little while before they could come do the estimate but promised to call me back in two weeks which she did. They showed up right on time for the estimate. I could tell immediately Troy had an eye for details. They answered all my questions and just as promised I had my estimate back with in a week. The estimate included things I wouldn’t have even thought about like installing a light above the washer and dryer and removing the popcorn ceiling but it was still very reasonable and in line with other estimates we received. Jamie really took the time to walk me through the whole estimate and always kept our budget in mind. We had another company coming to install flooring in the laundry and kitchen and redo was very flexible about working with me to start their work after that was completed as well as adding on a few small fixes I needed in the kitchen. Over all we are thrilled with how the room turned out and we can’t wait to have them back to renovate our main bathroom in a few months. I can’t recommend them enough.

Let me preface this from my interaction with them. They are super nice, friendly, and (from what I've heard) do great work.I've been trying to find a contractor for a while too so some remodeling/ addition to my mom's home. The prices quoted by this company was astronomical compared to others i received.I made some changes to my original idea and called them back for another estimate, and they acted like they couldn't be bothered and just blew me off.They have the potential to be awesome, but the high prices and unwillingness to help is a hard pass for me.

I thought it was a little pricey since the estimate to fix a leak was 1/3 of my neighbors entire roof job. They did a really nice job except the living room ceiling dried in 2 colors when they said it would be the same. Also we weren't given a receipt and he said he would be here the next day and that was 5 days ago.

Very kind and professional when they visited us for the quote hands down. However we were asking for just an average size bathroom with a walk in closet added to our basement. Instead of telling us they were not interested in the project they waited a week to return with a over priced quote of 85,000$ which of course forced us to decline. We can aquire an entire modular home and place it on the property for not much more than that.

I want to thank Mr Troy for coming in and cleaning up the mess another company made in my bathroom. They did an absolutely beautiful job. I am so happy with my bathroom. I would highly recommend Redo Homes for any remodeling jobs.

Work was okay, bigger concern was our home was broken into two weeks after redohomes had completed a job at our residence. Police stated it wasn't the first time residents complained of their homes being broke into shortly after redohomes completed work at their residence. Police also stated they have made several trips to redohomes in order to investigate events like this.  Check them out through Jonesborough Police dept. before hiring them to do work in your home

I don't know about the quality of their work, but I do know that they think they are "privileged" seeing how they always park up in the loading "no parking" space at Lowes in Jonesborough every day!
