I called RW home Improvements along with several other companies. Rick was the only one that showed up. The others said they would, but never even bothered to get back to me. He went up and looked at the roof and told me what I needed, quoted me a price. Then fixed my roof the next day. And then charged me less than what he quoted. I don’t know too many companies that would do that. So if you want fast, friendly and efficient service then RW home improvements is the company for you.

They came for estimate and advised we needed to replace the roof due to the extent of damage. They were almost half what another company quoted us. Job done in 2 days. Very professional and the roof looks awesome!

Can’t say enough good things about this group. I was in a bind and needed a roof fast. I called a few companies and they were the only one that called back in a timely manner. They went the same day and inspected my roof providing me an estimate and the roof was ordered and installed in less then a week including the deliveries. They did a great job and worked safely. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this company. I found RW Home Improvements on Google. They came right out and gave us a great quote for repairing out metal roof as opposed to replacing it. The work was done on time and quickly. We did have more damage then thought so they gave us another quote to repair that piece. They came back out to fix it and charged us $1k less than they quoted because it was not as bad as they thought. I've never had that before! Ricky and his crew installed a washer and dryer for me upstairs. They had to install the plumbing, electricity, the drain, and the vent. It was a big job but I couldn't be more pleased. You'll find that Ricky responds quickly to all messages and keeps his promises and appointments. He was finished much more quickly than we thought. I highly recommend Ricky and already have him scheduled for future work.

I absolutely love this man. I had him come in a shingle my doghouse and he used architectural shingles when I payed for 3tab. Ill NEVER have another man do any of my shingle jobs. I also had him build a doghouse for my new puppy and he built it from the roof down, outstanding job. He managed to fix my plumbing problem after the four horsemen of the apocalypse ran out my backside. I would give him 5 stars but he ran off with my wife. But the more I think about it the more I think it was a good thing. If you want a job done.. Do not go with this company. They never showed and never responded to my messages. I waited over a week after they didn't show and did not respond to my messages to leave a review. The night before my project I asked him, because I couldn't remember an exact price, what price he said. He responded with let's just see when we get started.
