I just can’t say how much we appreciate the BDM Construction team for the wonderful job they did building our new home. We found the owner, Michael Bare, to be personable, professional, and just a great guy to work with. His assistant, Brandon Ashby was also a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job fabricating our porch railings. Most recently, Jared and Reese have been great coordinating and completing some post completion areas that needed addressing. I highly recommend this company!

Thank God we had BDM come a few years ago to replace all our windows, because August 22nd 2023, our living room ceiling collapsed. A month later, our kitchen ceiling collapsed. When the first ceiling collapsed, we didn't know what to do. I called our insurance and couldn't reach anyone. I had Michael's number at BDM from when we had our windows replaced and called him. They came THAT NIGHT to assess the damage. They returned the very next morning to clean up and cut out the remaining ceiling. The home was built in the 50s and had extremely thick ceilings with radient heat, metal, wires, concrete board, rock wool insulation, ect. It's been 10 weeks since the first collapse and we were finally able to move back in about 2 weeks ago. They did an amazing job on the new ceilings and the 2 feet of wall that was ripped down with it. Its very difficult finding people you trust to come in and out of your home. And it's very difficult finding people who actually do good work. I trust the guys working at BDM SO much. They have gone above and beyond with our situation, especially since it was on such short notice. They got everything done in about 6 weeks. That might seem like a long time, but we also to replace our entire A/C system (different company) as well as remove all the insulation in this part of the house and replace it. They worked with all the other contractors that had to come and go and communicated with them which helped things go smoothly. Dusty is awesome. He is the one I spoke with regularly about updates and things. He responds very quickly and never once left me hanging. I felt like I was driving him crazy but he was nothing but nice and attentive through this entire catastrophe. We will never use any other contractors out there. We plan on getting our siding done at some point, and we will be using them!

Best in the business! Scheduled time and date to get an estimate and Dusty was very kind, prompt, as well as quick and professional. Received an estimate that same afternoon. When we were ready they put us down for about 4 weeks out, but not even a week later Jared called and said they had an opening for us the following week! The material was dropped off one day and the crew came another day prompt and early at 6am. The crew were all very polite and were done within 7-8 hours later (I don’t think they even took a break). Cleaned up very well and knocked on the door to let us know they were done. Jared came out a week later to follow up and receive payment for services. Jared, Dusty and Crew were all absolutely wonderful and would suggest them to anyone! You will not be disappointed! I called BDM to get an estimate on my roof as I had a leak after a bad downpour. Dusty was here the next day and very through and had an estimate by the end of the week. Their price was so reasonable I ask them if they could also give me an estimate on doing the roof to my shed. Dusty came back by the next day and had an update on both jobs. The contract was clear and easy to understand.On the day of work, Jared and the crew was very courteous and professional. When the work was done, they were very through in picking up any debris and they covered my heat pump, satellite dish and plants near house to protect them during work.I would highly recommend this company/team to take care of any roofing and other construction needs you might have.

Like all remodeling jobs you will run into issues and set backs. With a project manager like Jared who was easy to talk to and has the knowledge to come up with solutions, to having people like Ed with years of experience, together they can resolve these remodeling snags. A bonus is having installers like Eric and Jesse who did an amazing job with the soffit/facia and seemless gutters. I would highly recommend giving BDM the chance to help you with your remodeling needs. (Jobs completed: complete roof with wood repair, soffit, facia, all new seemless gutters)

I am very pleased with the work completed by BDM Construction as well as the overall experience they provided. While we were on the wait list for our gutter installation to begin, BDM sent weekly updates on our project status which was very courteous. The gentlemen who completed the job left the worksite as clean as when they left and were very professional. Upon completion of the job, their manager came to the house and conducted a quality inspection. Our home was a fairly complicated job and I noticed one small error where a piece of downspout needed to be slightly longer and with no additional charge, BDM sent personnel and had it fixed by the very next day. I highly recommend BDM Construction for your construction needs.

Called a little while ago for an estimate, I'd seen fantastic reviews on this company and was hopeful to use them. I own 3 houses, and each one had different things needed. One was a full metal roofing job, the second was half a shingle roof and a window removed, and the third just needed like four or five runs of shingles repaired from storm damage. The guy came out, and didn't even let me know he was there. I seen him outside taking pictures, so I went out to talk to him. He basically ignores me (probably because I am young and a female, grew up on construction sites my dad was a contractor. Most trade men think we dont know anything.) and kept taking pictures. At least the other company I called got up there to look and see what I was talking about. Anyway, a few days later, I get the $6,000 apiece estimates for 3 full metal roof replacements. Don't think I'll be using this company for the job. 2 stars because it can always be worse. If he had listened, and maybe been in a bit less of a hurry.

From the very first phone call with Jennifer at the office to when Dusty came out to quote my deck. The experience was very smooth. We had 2 trees fall on our deck. I saw the BDM truck at a house that was getting siding at the time and asked for some information. The installers were very nice and gave an even better opinion about the company. The quote was very reasonable and Ed and his helpers were very helpful in keeping me informed with every step. I had these guys give me an estimate for a new roof and said they could start the job within 2-4 weeks; Dusty just said to let him know which color roof material I wanted and he'd send me an agreement to sign. They seemed like nice people. I never got the email containing the agreement to sign. I called again...the lady was nice and said she'd send it to Dusty again, but still never received the agreement to sign and begin the job. They just wasted mine and their time. The house is small and only 900 sq ft and the roof is not steep and very plain with minimum architecture. It's a much easier roof job than most. Regardless, they did NOT keep their word and that's not what professional companies do.

My husband and I hired BDM Construction to do a complete overhaul of the exterior of our home. We had the roof, siding, guttering and window metal wrap completely replaced. We went from a metal roof to a shingle roof. Additionally, we had our covered porch screened and replaced all of the exterior doors on our house.Michael (owner of BDM Construction) came out to our property and gave us an initial quote for the project in a very timely manner. He was extremely knowledgable and instantly made my husband and I feel at ease. After obtaining quotes from multiple contractors we decided to go with BDM Construction and are so glad that we did. Michael's quote was fair and comparable to other contractors but his knowledge and professionalism was beyond measure. For us, selecting BDM Construction was an easy choice!Throughout the project Michael worked within our budget and within his initial quote and our final results are more than we could ever have hoped for. While renovations are not for the faint of heart, Michael and his entire crew take their time and they do the job right!Every detail on the exterior of our home was completed by Michael's crew with thought and care. Our home was built in the late 1940s and presented many design challenges which Michael and his crew met with creativity. Dusty, Jared and the entire roofing crew were a pleasure to work with from the get go. Reasonably priced for an 80 square shingle tear off and replacement. They were able to get to the project a week earlier than stated, stayed on the job until completion and were thorough in organization and clean up. My husband and I had BDM Construction replace the facia, gutters and gable vents on/around our house in addition to pinning our deck/outbuilding and building a ramp for easy access. Dusty came out originally and completed our estimate in a very timely manner and answered any/all questions we had. While waiting for work to start, Jared was in contact with us weekly with updates. Once the work started Jesse and Eric were hard working, nice and professional. Jared was also in contact and came out several times during the week of work. Once the job was complete, Jesse and Eric cleaned everything up, made sure we were happy with how everything looked and Jared was out the following day to close the project out.We would happily give BDM Construction more work in the future.Chris & Christi

BDMI cannot sing the praises of BDM loudly enough. Eleven years ago I had a metal roof installed on my home. I thought it was a once and done and with a lifetime warranty I thought I’d never have to worry about my roof again. In August, I was greeted one rainy morning with water dripping from my bathroom light fixture. I thought something must have fallen on my roof and damaged it. So, I reached out to my insurance agent. Long story short, it was a faulty install and not only was I responsible for the damage, which by the way, was a collapsed roof under the metal, the company that originally installed it was no longer in business. Thus began my journey to find a contractor. My husband and I called at least 15 contractors and either couldn’t get a call back, was told they don’t do metal or would look at it and never call back or respond to our calls for a quote or follow up. Finally, I found BDM through google. Thankfully, BDM did not disappoint. Everyone was professional and pleasant from the beginning and throughout the process. The day they arrived for the install the entire crew was all business. They stayed on task and did a great job. And, unfortunately the damage was more extensive than originally thought, but they were amazing. And when they finished it was dark, but before leaving they cleaned everything up. On the day we closed the account, we were given a full explanation of the damage and repairs and shown pictures, a full recap, which was appreciated and fully transparent. BDM removed my old house roof and installed a new one. They are a professional company who does excellent work. They kept me informed of project status from beginning to end. A crew of 5 to 8 people were on site for the entire job. The crew worked well together, with each man knowing his job and getting it done so that the next man did not have wait to do his job. My only complaint is that only the crew leader could speak english. I guess that this was not a major problem since they knew their jobs and needed no help from me. Back in December, their team replaced both our main house roof and our outbuilding roof. Good, fast work and by FAR the best price -there was a little miscommunication during the process & part of our shed roof did not get done by the main crew. They maintained professional responsive communication throughout and MADE IT RIGHT. A second crew came back out & did a simply STELLAR job on the rest of the shed roof, carefully repairing some extra-bad underlayer damage! We have had two occasions to use BDM Construction. Each time has been due to a neighbor's tree falling onto our house. The first time required one side of our roof being replaced while the second time was more of a patch job. Each time we have found BDM to be wonderful to work with. They have kept us in the loop with accurate time forecasts moving forward and the quality of work performed has been superb. My comments are from the new roof job that BDM did. Dusty, Sales Mgr, was patient with my questions about the quote and my ever-changing scope requests. Jared, the Production Supv and Adam, the site lead, were patient and kind in answering my questions and requests, and good at keeping me informed of their findings upon taking up the old shingles. The crew was prompt at arriving, each of the 2 days, took short lunch breaks, worked efficiently, and left me with a quality job. The crew was courteous and did not play music, thus no disturbing of the neighbors. They were prompt in picking up the leftover job materials, the very next day. My only "complaint" is that there was a bit of a wait, but the good results made it worth it, and to the extent that I have now hired them to do my gutters and soffit repair job.
