I used Gibson Roofing not only for my roofing needs but they also put up some guttering for me. There was a misunderstanding as to where I wanted the guttering installed, as I was out of town when they first came to install it and they installed the gutter on a part of my mobile home that didn't need gutter. Without a bit of hesitation, they came out on 10-11-2021 and with no additional charge, they put up the gutter where I had originally wanted it. They were very professional and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Roof repair

I called a few days ago and made an appointment for someone to come look at my trailer, and give me an estimate.... I was told "Tony" would be here at 3pm and would call before my appointment. No one called me... no one ever showed up... I called Gibsons Roofing and waited on hold to speak to someone and never got anyone to take my call. This is disappointing.

First, let me say, Cliff came out and inspected our roof. Took pictures to show the water damage. The estimates he gave us was a fair. He answered every question that I had and I had alot. The workmen and materials was here exactly the date and time that I was told. Talk about hard workers! We are very pleased with our new roof. My name is Mike and I own a roofing company in Colorado Springs CO. My mother-in-law needed a roof in Jonesborough TN. I called several companies but finally chose Gibson's Roofing Co. After being on the roof while they did the work, and seeing how organized and well prepared the company was, I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. This is a fantastic company to do business with and I am a very picky customer. We have a very high rating for our company and we work on referrals only. We are typically booked out 4-6 months because we get so many referrals. I wanted Gibson's to do as good a job as I do in my roofing company and they exceeded my expectations. You cannot go wrong with Gibson't Roofing Co. I highly recommend them. From beginning to the end, they were excellent to work with. Thank you Gibson's Roofing.

Mixed experience. The work was okay but getting an actual invoice for my tax records was like pulling teeth (and I still don't have it).Update: After nearly 4 months and multiple attempts to get Gibsons to send me an actual invoice, they finally sent one. During that time, they threatened to refer me to collections, told me I was being unreasonable, and told me that no one asks for anything other than a copy of the estimate/proposal.After I finally got the invoice and immediately made payment, I spoke to several other contractors I knew socially to get some feedback. They told me that a refusal to provide an invoice after completing a job was unusual, and trying to use an estimate/proposal as tax documentation was risky.I would give a solid 4 star for the actual work done, but their customer service and paperwork on the back-end was atrocious.Edit: Google quoted me out of context and made my review sound better than it was. I have altered that sentence.

Super fast service and the job was done right. We had a pretty bad roof leak around our chimney. They came out the next day for an assessment. The following day they fixed the leak and repainted my ceiling. The ceiling looks brand new.

This place is the best. Justin and his team did a wonderful job on my roof and the gutters it looks great. The price is beyond fair. Not only are they quick but they do such a great job. Thanks Again!!!
