RCR gave us an estimate to remodel a bathroom. We agreed to terms and they said the timeline to start was 4 to 6 weeks. At around 4 weeks I called Anthony Gilliam of RCR to follow up on scheduling. He said that he would get with me on Wed or Thursday and get started. He requested $1,000 which I dropped off at his office. He cashed my check but Never called like he said he would. I called him the next week and when he answered he said I will call you back in 30 minutes. He never called. For the next several weeks I tried to reach him; however, he would not answer or return my calls. I went to his office 4 times. The first time no one was there. The next three Blake was there and stated he would have Anthony call me. I was never contacted. The last time I went Blake called Anthony on his phone and put it on speaker. Anthony answered his call although I had just tried on my phone and he would not answer. I told Anthony that based on his lack of good faith and not doing what he said he was going to do I wanted my money back because he had proven untrustworthy. He said he would not give my money back because he had bought supplies for my bathroom with it. I told him that’s fine to tell me where the supplies were and I would come get them because I still needed my bathroom remodeled. He would not agree to this. It was obvious that it was an excuse and he had bought no supplies. I would highly recommend to not get involved with this man. He lies, does not do what he says he will do and is obviously lacking in integrity. It is my experience that he makes no effort to do what is right!Service: Remodeling

My mother-in-law had a tree fall on her house almost two months ago now she has been living with us ever since. Called RCR after having the runaround from several other companies. Made it seem as if they were going to take care of everything they said they would deal with the insurance they would get started the following week. Once the insurance told him that they would not be replacing the roof he shut down. Insurance wanted a massively broke down quote which he was willing to do as long as they were willing to replace the roof. They were not. So knowing there was going to be a difference I asked for basic break down as far as material and labor. He said that he could get me one number and that's all he was willing to do anything more would take hours of his time that he was not willing to do even though we were willing to pay out-of-pocket for the difference. They sound great and they probably are for most insurance companies that stop once they quote a few laws. But they definitely were not in our situation only wasted two weeks our time.To RCR no that is not true you made one trip but many phone calls and were not interested in the job because the insurance flat out told you they would not cover a new roof. You only would do the job that way and kept spouting about a match law and according to the insurance never even submitted a physical quote only phone calls to them. But that's okay we did get a contractor out and insurance meet hit 2500 higher quote.

The owner, Chris is a liar. He and his wife, Donna, literally admitted that they owe me money but, refuse to pay. They cut corners, do less than mediocre work, and have a lackadaisical attitude. I wish I would have taken a picture of the wall that Chris did the drywall mud work on, and he himself deemed it acceptable. It was absolutely horrific. Do not ever hire this company! Ever! Very professional team who gets the job done!!! Can’t beat their prices or dedication! I needed my bathroom redone and they did exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in other remodels!

Was supposed to have someone call about inspecting an old chimney in the attic of a house I was supposed to close on the fallowing week. Gave my information and address of the house and advised I would be at the house waiting. No one called or showed up. Made several calls to 3 different numbers no one answered, calls weren't returned. Now stuck trying to find someone else and wondering if I will be able to close on time which creates a very stressful situation as I have to be out of my rental by next Friday.
