Wonderful experience dealing with Simple Man Construction, they were very professional right from the get go. All the appointments were met right on time, thankfully they did show up when they said they would! David and Amanda went above and beyond in doing the very best job in repairing a roof on my mother's house. They were very professional and worked diligently until the job was done on a very cold frosty morning! We need more people to be willing to work as they do! Thank you guys!

This company is reliable and trust-worthy. Workers do their job with great skill, swiftness and pride. It was just a pleasure to see the way they went about their work, and even more pleasure the way they cleaned up when they completed a project. I highly recommend them.

Really good at things like outdoor patios/stairs. Not so great at finishing touches. I think I could handle all the “little” flaws if my kitchen floor was anywhere close to level. I get sad every time I walk in my kitchen now. I feel like it will affect my resale value quite a bit because no one will believe me that’s it not like a foundation problem or something bigger than just a bad install on an uneven surface.
