Preacher fraud! Charlie and Shelby Thacker are Christians who lie and steal your money. Total hypocrites! They use their grandchildren as a way to get you to pay them before the job is finished and hire drug addicts to install your roof while making damages to your property. They made excuses for 3 years why he couldn't come and finish the roof from sick family members to knee surgeries to daughter being sick etc... Their business number is their home number and they will not return your phone call and will not answer the phone if you're needing them to finish their work! Took a year to finish the job. Started having roof leaks a month after the roof was finished. Only came back once and fixed one leak. I made multiple calls and told the owner that I have the final 400 payment waiting to pick up when they are there to repair the leaks and damages inside the house. They never showed. I now have 9 leaks in different parts of the house. I have spent more money having them repaired. I still have to spend even more to finish having the ceilings repaired. I ended up picking up a lot of their trash and nails all over my yard and driveway. Being obviously upset the last time I called over him not showing up again, he gave an excuse and I asked why he couldn't call and reschedule. He was extremely rude.

Asked him to come check our roof to determine when it would need replacing as we just bought our home and knew that the roof was older and would need replacing in the future. He called us back and told us that our roof needed replacing immediately that we were missing shingles and quoted us $3700 for a lifetime warranty. Come to find out our roof looks fine and is not missing a single shingle. When called back and asked if he was sure he examined our roof and we told him there was no missing shingles. He became hateful,rude, and defensive. I would not recommend this gentleman and from what previous reviews say I feel like we dodged a major bullet in not using this deceitful, dishonest, sham company. He is a scammer and takes advantage of hardworking people. I recommend everyone get a second opinion before listening to this company.

DON'T TRUST THIS GUY!!!When I questioned an inconsistency on a roofing quote, Mr. Thacker became extremely rude saying "you should change your attitude lady. I'm a preacher, don't question me." I later learned the information he gave me was a lie and that I didn't need the majority of the work he quoted. Proverbs 19:9 "a false witness will not go unpunished and he who breathes out LIES will perish." Do NOT trust this dishonest, rude person!!

Dishonest Preacher took my money and never came back and finished my roof. He lied for over 2 yrs that he would be back and never has. Terrible job!! This man does nothing but LIE!! Roof looks terrible!

I would not have anyone use them to put a roof on their house. We used them and he sub let the job and someone else came and did the job. We had nails by the buckets full left in our yard that my husband had to get out him self when they should've done it and trash all in guders causing problems with that. Not again!
