We cannot say enough good things regarding Eagle Roofing & Repairs! Chris is very responsive and reliable! He and his team provided highly professional and quality work. Extremely thorough when assessing the roof (even went into our attic) to provide us with an estimate and scope of job. Punctual on the day of the repair, and was kind enough to provide pictures and updates via text to me and my husband during the install since we were not able to be home during the roofing repair job. We highly recommend Chris (Eagle Roofing & Repairs) for any roofing concerns and/or needs!

Last week we called Eagle Roofing & Repairs to look into what we thought was a leak. They answered the phone on my first call and scheduled me within a day. (I'm sure that depends on demand, but they were clearly sensitive to my needs.)Chris came out and examined the situation and showed what he saw on the inside of the house. At the end of the day, we didn't need a repair, but my wife and I both agreed we are going to use Eagle Roofing and Repairs for all our future roofing needs. Here's what we really liked:1. Prompt: answered the phone, scheduled as at the earliest possible time, showed up when he said he would.2. Knowledgeable: Chris answered our many questions and showed us practical examples of what to look for and where to look out for issues.3. Honest: Chris gave us his honest assessment of the roof, and when discussing future options he even talked us through the benefits, costs, and considerations of solutions that are not in his catalog. He was clearly interested in helping us with our roof.4. Courteous: You'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier person, let alone roofer.I'm happy to recommend him and, as I said, we will call Eagle Roofing & Repairs for any future roofing needs. We were very impressed.

Chris and his guys did a full roof replacement and completed it in two days just as he said they would. I am beyond satisfied with the work that they did. Chris gave me a very reasonable quote and explained everything that they would do. I would HIGHLY recommend Eagle Roofing to anyone needing any roofing work done. This was my first time using Eagle Roofing and Repair after searching for a good company around the area, and after seeing the reviews I decided to use them. Chris was very responsive, and came earlier then he had normally scheduled to come and look / fix my water leak. I highly recommend Eagle Roofing! Chris came by to make an estimate for replacing the roof on my outbuilding. After assessing the roof, he replied that the roof did not need replacing at this time and should last another 7 or 8 years. I thought that this was very honest of Chris to make this decision to not do work that is not needed. If and when I need roofing work done, I will certainly call on him. I would recommend Eagle Roofing based on myexperience with them at this point.

Eagle roofing came and provided an estimate to repair a broken shingle and replace plumbing vent boots. Estimate was left which was reasonable in price. Repair work was scheduled --- Chris arrived on time and repair was completed correctly. Chris gave me a phone call to inform me work was done and made a recommendation for on section of roof in the future. Have recommended him already to a neighbor and will use his company in the future.

I hired Chris to fix a patch on my roof that was leaking. He responded promptly to my phone call (unlike many other companies in the area) and came out to my house quickly to do an estimate. He gave me estimates on what it would cost to fix my roof, and he seemed very fair. He was very honest and very personable. I really enjoyed working with Chris and would definitely recommend him to others!

We had a minor roof repair. We called several companies for an estimate after no response or no shows we contacted Eagle. The call was actually answered by Eagle not a call center. Eagle came out the next business day gave us an estimate and returned two days later to make the repair. There was actually a bit more work than the estimate covered which was taken care of without additional charge. Plus all work was guaranteed for a year!

I was having the most difficult time finding someone to come look at my gutters to give an estimate for cleaning. I called Chris at Eagle and he came over within a couple of days. He told me I had no issue with my gutters and that they were clean. There was no way I could have known the gutters didn't need cleaned out because I couldn't actually see in them. He really could have taken advantage but had enough integrity to tell me the truth and didn't even charge for walking around and pulling out some of the "scragglers" caught in the grate covering the gutter. I'm saving Chris's name and number and he will be the first person I call if I ever need anything! Thank you Chris!

My 91 year old mother hired this business to repair a leak in her roof. They charged her $745 and totally removed her entire ridge vent and shingled over the top of the roof, leaving no way for the roof to vent, as she has no other roof vents on the house. It's going to cost her over $1,000 to have the ridge vent replaced, and also to repair a leak they missed. I feel these people took advantage of my elderly mother. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am livid. I'm no roofer but even I know a roof needs to be able to vent the heat that builds up in the attic space. We will never use this company again.

Unfortunately, I chose to give this company mybusiness based on their reviews. I called several times and left messages over the course of a month for a leaking roof problem. Each time I received a welcoming message and left them a message with my name, number, and concerns. They never made any attempt to call me back which was very frustrating. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were busy or someone got sick and I waited and waited for a call back ... Nothing ... no phone call and no message. Very disappointed with the inattention I was given. I will now have to look elsewhere for a company who cares about taking care of a potential and possibly long term customer.
