We chose ARC to build a covered screened porch and new deck. We are extremely pleased with ARC, they did exactly what was promised, the project looks incredible. The process began with an initial consultation with Debbi Belisle. She listened to what we wanted and made a few suggestions that we liked. She was very detailed in the entire process and the drawing she presented gave us confidence that she had a plan to make it happen. The proposal was very detailed and left no questions on what we were getting. The supervisor and crew worked from those plans all the way through the project. They were careful to keep the framing square and level from the start. They are very talented carpenters and skilled in all aspects of the job. Aaron Parker communicated with us during the project and was always quick to return a call. The job finished on time and on budget. Aaron's remodeled our upstairs including floors, both bathrooms, tile shower, paint, electrical, and some minor structural work. We had good communication from initial consultation through the rest of the project. Things were much easier than expected, and they staged the project in a way that we could still live comfortably in the house while they worked. There were a few minor issues, to be expected with a big project, and we were happy with how quickly everything was resolved. They even came back out to fix a noisy spot in the new floor that started a few months after the job was finished and paid for. Overall, good work, great customer service, and transparent pricing.

ARC did an extensive remodel of my house-converted a dining room to a kitchen, the old galley kitchen to a laundry room/butler's pantry, replaced laminate flooring with wood flooring, redid the plumbing, remodeled two bathrooms, and both installed and closed up several windows. Debbi listened to me really well and spent a lot of time in the planning period making sure the layout was exactly what I wanted, she redid and modified the layout a few times before they started to make sure it was what I wanted. She also had a lot of helpful suggestions. They stayed within my budget and were very transparent about prices from the start and the break down of individual items so that I could pick and choose if I really wanted something or if I wanted to forgo it to reduce cost. Aaron, Debbi, and the entire work crew were very professional, respectful, and approachable. In the end, the final project was beautiful (better than I had hoped for). My expectations were more than exceeded and I love my new house. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting anything from a small project to something larger.

My experience with Aaron's Remodeling was very great! I reached out to several companies within my area (including one just down the street), the majority of which could care less to even return my request. Aaron's called me back after only a few days to see what kind of work I was looking for. Just like the first encounter they were always a phone call or text away. Additionally, Aaron was always upfront and honest with me. I hired them to build a new screened in porch, repair and paint siding, and some other various repairs. I have included a couple pictures to show the great job they did on my porch. Aaron and Scott were both great to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for similar work at your home! I will absolutely hire them again when needed in the future.

I have known Aaron for several years and have heard positive comments about his company and its quality of work. When we decided to make some changes to our home in order to make it more accommodating as we get older, ARC was the only company I considered. Scotty came out to the house and looked over the job I was wanting performed and within a week or so, he submitted a proposal, it was approved, and I was put on the schedule, with work to begin May 1st.I had a rather unique request for the closet doors I wanted installed in the bathroom/laundry area they were converting for me. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and when the standard doors would not work with the flipper-door system I ordered, Aaron had the contractor build them to fit, in order to give me EXACTLY what I was visualizing. They also tore out an 80's shower/tub combo and installed a tiled shower stall with a bench and shampoo niche. Eric, the contractor doing the work, was extremely patient with all of my questions and comments.I also had an old sliding-glass door removed, and a French door installed. It was installed and you cannot tell it hasn't been there since we first built the house.I had asked that the area be kept usable on a day-to-day basis, because our only other bathroom is upstairs and would be hard for me to use. Eric mopped his way out of the bathroom and put is tools and supplies out of the way every day. The workers respected my house as if it was their own. They placed rugs across the existing hardwood floors so there would be no damaged to them. There was an area in the yard where they were putting the scraps and debris from the demolition and work area. It was cleaned up and hauled off every week and when the job was finished, you couldn't tell it had ever been there.My remodeling was not supposed to start until May 1st and would take 4 or 5 weeks. It was started March 28th (a month early) and was completed May 4th, right on time!!!I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the team's treatment of me, my husband and our home. I would recommend ARC to ANYONE wanting to have quality work done in their home. I cannot find the words to express how EXTREMELY ECSTATIC I am with everything about the job, from beginning to end.Aaron, Scotty, John, Eric, Eric Jr., and Billy, I want you to know how happy you have made me with what you did for me. We added a room above our foyer, which originally opened up to the upstairs level, and they completed all the work in 3 weeks, which is exactly how long he predicted it would take. Aaron himself is great: very personable, friendly, and up-front. Extremely knowledgeable. We had 3 crews come to our house to convert our screened-in porch to a living room addition: 3 framers, 2 drywallers, and an electrician. All of them did fantastic work and were unintrusive. There were times when we had to leave the house for a few minutes (picking kids up from school, etc) and there were no trust issues with any of the workers.Honest people doing honest work. We just finished a major renovation using Aaron's Remodeling Company, and it was an amazing experience. Aaron understood and believed in our vision from the very start. We have used Aaron's Remodeling for five projects over the past four years, and cannot recommend him highly enough. We started with converting a screened porch into a sunroom, and were so pleased with the quality and communication that we subsequently had his team remodel our laundry room and all of our bathrooms, replace all our windows and some doors, and finally do an extensive kitchen remodel and new hardwood floors this year. His estimator Debbi was fantastic to work with and had some very good ideas about our various spaces. Eric, Eric Jr., and Greg feel like members of our family now, they have been at our house so much! We recently had Aaron’s Remodeling Company complete a renovation of our house which included nearly doubling the size of our bedroom, changing a half bath into a full bath, and changing our patio into a covered and screened in porch. Aaron's crew recently completed our outdoor covered patio project and we love it. His team worked day in day out (weather permitting, even some weekends) to make this project exactly to our specifications. This included the demo of an existing deck, foundation to our new patio, framework for the new vaulted covered structure, as well as finishing up all the staining and grade work in our yard to ensure the appropriate drainage. Aaron and company remodeled our master bathroom and did an excellent job. They listened to our concerns, didn't rush the design of the remodel, and even provided a design rendering prior to beginning work. Budget and time to completion were main concerns of ours and they did a great job adhering to both. They were open an honest throughout the entire process and the workers were polite and diligent in the performance of their work during day to day operations. Quality was also a main point that Aaron always stressed through out the entire process.
