Contacted Ace to have a screen door installed. Booking the appointment was easy, and the handyman arrived as scheduled. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable, but it took him over 5 hours to do a 1-hour job, and the result was very poor. He disregarded the printed instructions I provided, cut one of the trim pieces too short, and installed the door closure too high, so that there are screws protruding through the door. As a result, I have had to purchase a new trim piece and pay another installer to correct his work.But the thing that I find most disheartening about the experience is that I contacted Ace before posting this review to give them a chance to make it right, and they have not responded. I will not do business with them again.

I have used Ace Repair services several times and I am so pleased with the quality of service and the technicians they send to my home. This time I had a major electrical issue. My house was giving him a fit in finding the source of the issue, but his persistence paid off in the end! It turned out to be in an area that was not even considered to be a problem, but we were both happy it was discovered and repaired.Ace is the first repair service I think of when a problem arises. I have recommended them to my neighbors and co-workers when they need work done.

I had a pull down attic ladder installed. Tom was very respectful of my house and cleaned up after himself. The install was quick and it looks great. I will continue to use Ace Handyman Service for future projects .

This is the best craftsman team I've ever worked with! Their technicians are fully knowledgeable and complete work efficiently. Their craftsman has even helped me troubleshoot projects that I wasn't sure how to go about fixing. Their admin office is friendly, professional, and has the best customer service! This was our first experience with Ace Handyman service. Hobie was dispatched to repair rot on a tool shed door and replace some siding on a dock. He showed up early and well prepared. He worked efficiently & did a great job. We will definitely use Ace Handyman in the future!

I couldn't be happier that I went with Ace Handyman Services to get a list of small projects (kitchen backsplash, install shelving, painting, roof shingle repair, and more) completed on my home! They were honest and upfront about everything and my craftsman Randy did great work. It ended up costing less than I expected as well! Fully intend on contacting Ace the next time something breaks or I want to update my home.

Had a great experience Chris was awesome got done with what I needed done a ceiling fan install fascia tacked and foam on my foundation will definitely use them for future projects and will highly recommend 👍

This was definitely not a professional service. It took the young man 3 1/2 hours to hang 4 blinds. The owner agreed to only charge us for 2 hours but the work was not professional. Ruined one blinded which was replaced by Ace Handyman but made the whole process more complicated. He then left all of the trash and mess from his work which is unacceptable for a professional service job especially at the rate they are charging.

Chris did an excellent job on the drywall!! Two areas were difficult to do but Chris did a fantastic job working on them, one would not know that the drywall had to be replaced! I highly recommend Chris!!

Had a few pieces of siding come off the high part of my two story house during heavy wind storm. Got in the que and two weeks later they put back the siding and even firmed up the area. All done within a couple of hours. On time and with a smile!Service: Home maintenance & repairs

Had a wonderful experience with Chris! He did great work and we appreciated his time management skills. Unfortunately our job was first assigned to Randy. Randy worked at our home from 9a-3p on Thursday, 7/20 and 9a-3p on Friday, 7/21. Randy also worked a small 1:30p-3p shift on Tuesday, 7/25. Randy worked 2 full shifts and a small hour and a half shift before we had Chris show up on the last day (Friday, 7/28). Chris not only performed better workmanship but he was a lot more efficient.
