I was initially very happy with our newsiding from American Home Improvement. But since then there have been parts falling off and getting blown off by the wind. I've have started noticing random nails sticking out from places they shouldn't be, pieces of soffit that don't fit right and are very wavy. I've found areas where they didn't seal the bottom of the siding. They removed cables from the side of my house and just left them hanging. My security lights are hanging out of the soffit. They installed the new vent so far below the existing on that almost no air is able to get through it. Before I updated this review I let them know my concerns and the sent someone out to look and take pictures. After that there has been no communication from them. They couldn't even tell me an estimation when they could fix the issues. I let the owner know that I was unhappy with the communication and lack of follow up. He sent a crew out who only fixed 1 of the several problems that still need to be addressed.

We recently had our master bath remodeled by American Home Improvements and their bathroom specialist Dan Powers. We had an old jacuzzi tub, the worlds smallest shower and a small, inadequate single vanity ripped out along with the old flooring. We replaced it with a new modern very large walk in shower, a double vanity new flooring and all new fixtures. the job also included moving air ducts, plumbing and electrical outlets and switches. The work was top quality and the transformation was amazing. Dan's attention to detail and professionalism really show in this project. I highly recommend them.Service: Bathroom remodeling

We were thrilled to have a highly skilled resource (Dan Powers) tasked with doing our remodeling. Dan did it all from removing the old tub, world's smallest shower, framing out and building a huge walk-in shower with a bench across one end, two shower heads, and a half-wall with glass. He also did all electrical (several outlets had to be moved), all plumbing, removed the old floor, installed the new floor, and even installed our new light fixture, as well as all new bathroom hardware and mirrors. When I bought my house over two years ago, I knew then that I would have to remodel the kitchen. After having 3 other companies give me quotes, I decided to contact American Home Improvement. In January, Rick came to my house and after listening to what I wanted for my kitchen, he came up with a reasonable quote and advised that I would want Andy Tamborino as my installer, because he is the best! A couple of months later, Andy came and took the measurements for my new cabinets and counters. In August they arrived and he was ready to get started. In just under 8 weeks, I went from the first two pictures, to what I have now. The workers were all very professional and didn't waste any time standing around or talking. They knew exactly what they were doing and did a terrific job and I was well pleased. Justin did a wonderful job on my shower, It turned out beautiful. Thank you American Home Design Team! Great job!

Almost 7 months in to get issues with my siding repaired. Multiple calls made, no show by tech last September 2023. Made contact a few times with a lady and was told either she would call back, they did call back and I didn’t answer, or they are short staffed and it would be awhile, but I’m on the list. I sent an email in with my complaint in January and received an email back stating they are short staffed and they would be back with me shortly. No further communication. I replied two weeks ago asking for an ETA with no return email. I have all my dates, times and who I’ve spoken with. I have used this Company three times. Two porch roofs and siding.I’d really like to get this issue resolved.Wanda emailed in January and said they were short staffed, but I was in the list for our home repairs and she would reach back out to me soon. I never heard back. I have emailed Wanda the month of February as well as March asking for her to please let me know when they would come fix my sliding and she hasn’t replied.When Connor came out and sold us the sidling he assured my husband and I any issues we would have it would be addressed in a timely manner.
