I have used Barnett’s to do a complete roof replacement on two different homes in the last 24 months. Ron’s crew was great for a few reasons. First, the price was reasonable. Second, the warranty on shingles is probably the best in town. Third, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Fourth, they came prepared with a large crew to bang out the work quickly. Fifth, they identified issues with the roof, addressed them, and repaired them appropriately. Sixth, Ron communicated with me throughout the process by sending me pictures and updates. Sixth, they left the area clean.

After some winter storms, we had some roof leaks and researched contractors in the area. Barnett had the best pricing and was using the same materials as other suppliers as well. They came out quickly and done a very clean job. Very pleased with the results and how they done with cleanup. The new roof looks great, and they will visit annually to check the roof and clean it of debris. We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish with Barnett Roofing. Tim, the Sales Rep was more than able to answer our questions or concerns. The crews arrived early, placed tarps and netting to protect plants and other items. Josh, the on-site foreman, was equally as professional, keeping us informed and alleviating any issues as the job progressed. The workers were extremely efficient and skilled. We had an overall great experience with Barnett Roofing from first contact to install. Our home is older, and we have not had good luck with contractors coming out and/or wanting to follow through. With that we did reach out to several different roofing contractors due to our time constraints from an expeditious insurance request. Carl came out and discussed our options and timeline expectations. Prices were very competitive and a comprehensive package was delivered explaining their materials, process and warranties. All of this information allowed us to know exactly what to expect and answered many questions we wouldn’t have known to ask.On the day of install, Will and his crew were great. Barnett was very responsive. Called 2 other companies before finding Barnett who never even came out for a quote. Barnett called back same day and I had a quite within days. Lead time was reasonable and everyone I spoke with was very professional. On day of install they were on the roof at day break and now nearly finished at 4:00pm. Our roof is pretty complex with many valleys and ridges but they handled everything without a hitch. Cleanup has been ongoing all day and everything looks great.Service: Roof installation

Another contractor told me the roof needs to be replaced. Barnett roofing to the rescue. Carl from Barnett showed up with a drone and surveyed the roof. He assured me the roof was ok but missing a hip cap. That very day Michael showed up and replaced the missing shingle, NO CHARGE. This company is awesome!

Barnett Roofing replaced my moms roof but during the re-roofing one of the metal roof panels over the back porch deck was accidentally damaged. I called Barnett Roofing they put me in touch with Will who over sees the roofing work and he agreed that they needed to fix what was damaged. It took a little while to try and find the matching panel without any success because of the age of the panel. So they replaced the whole roof on the deck. Will brought out samples of what they were going to use, my mom picked out a color Will took measurements and ordered the panels. Within a week they had my moms metal roof completed.They did a beautiful job on the metal deck roof in a few hours. Will took pictures to send to me because I live in Florida. Will contacted me throughout the process and had my mom come out to look at the completion. Barnett Roofing stands behind their work and makes sure their customers are happy. I had Barnett Roofing come to my home today 3/18/24 to replace the roof on part of my home about a 300sq ft area. They did an excellent job. Jimmy was so helpful and great at explaining everything in detail about what needed to be done to have a perfect outcome to a roof that doesn’t have very good slope. Mike also was so helpful in answering any concerns that I had. I really appreciate the good work that was done and the excellent communication. Barnett Roofing has been one of the most incredible companies I've ever had the chance to do business with. David was very quick to get us the information we needed to make an informed choice for our roofing materials. The roofing crew showed up exactly when we were promised, and the work was professionally done and in a timely manner. Aaron and Josh led a hard working crew to replace our roof. They were on time and finished in one day. They did an outstanding job, especially cleaning up.
