Thank you Best Buy Metals !!I would give 10 stars if I could.On delivery day Phillip Cate was very communicative on when he would be arriving and went above & beyond to ensure that my materials were off loaded where I needed them.Esther Libbey was also very helpful over the course of the few months I took to figure out what design I wanted to go with and was always quick to reply to emails or return phone calls and answer any questions I had dreamt up.I highly recommend Best Buy Metals.Best customer service I've gotten anywhere in a minute.Look forward to designing phase 2 of my dream and I will definitely be getting my materials from Best Buy Metals - Knoxville

We were missing a metal cap and as soon as I called Elijah our salesman took care of us and personally delivered the missing piece to our home. We had our pole barn delivered and Philip was our unloader. He did amazing and gave us details about our product as he was unloading. Very friendly and helpful. Preston was the driver and was very friendly as well. Will definitely be keeping Best Buy Metals in mind for future products.
