Jon and his team did an excellent job. From the initial phone call to completion of the inspection, all communication was timely and concise. Jon clearly described the possible causes and effects that could contribute to the issues we were concerned about. He provided solutions and recommendations on how to correct the issues. The electronic report they provided had detailed descriptions and multiple photos that would assist a repair person to fix the problem. We would definitely use this company again!

Tanner Hill came into our home and did a thorough inspection that lasted 3 hours. He found things in our new home that we did not even know were issues that needed to be addressed by the builder. What a great experience from start to finish. My sister-in-law recommended Best Choice Inspections to me after she had used them for a couple Sequoyah Hills home inspections. Their team could not be a better combination of friendly + professional. Third time working with Jon - he did our inspection before the drywall went, before closing and before our 1-year warranty. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and takes the time to explain things so it's easy to understand. Each time he summarized his findings in an organized report with pictures so its clear to see where the issue is, which makes it easy to communicate with the builder so they could get repaired.
