It took months for the insurance company to get around to paying for a new roof due to wind damage. This company was right there every step of the way, making sure that the insurance did what they were supposed to do and we got a new roof and it was amazing. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and polite. He helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. The roofing crew was also very respectful and cleaned up so nicely. I met Rachael Fraser a couple of months ago when my neighbor had a new roof installed. She came by to see if she could get me a no charge no obligation inspection of my roof. She said my neighbors had just gotten a new roof after they found hail damage after a recent storm. I said sure. A new roof would certainly be nice. We are about to retire and we surely don’t want to deal with any expensive repairs in retirement. Her and a coworker went up and they found a ton of damage. A week later my insurance adjuster came and approved us for a new roof. This was awesome and only cost us our deductible. Rachael kept in contact with us through the process. We both owned horses and we immediately clicked. Not only was she a great sales manager she became a friend. I would definitely recommend her and Best Choice Roofing for your roofing needs. They work so hard and got everything done in one day. My husband and I love our new roof.

ROOFING:Best Choice RoofingKnoxville, TNRE: Chase MorrisI had contacted many roofing companies back in 2023 and found myself very worried about quality of work, lack of customer service, as well as prices. I actually had a roofer come here without a ladder? What?And then comes Chase Morris to my front door. He was just making “cold calls” in my area and wanted to leave his card in case I was interested in having my roof inspected free of charge in the future. I told him that I had my roof inspected numerous times in the past few months and he could certainly do it again if he wanted to. This was back in November 2023. He did a through roof inspection and I invited him in to give me the results. (I had not invited any of the previous men in) Chase gave me his complete findings, along with pictures and a clear, understandable explanations. He answered all of my questions. I'm an older lady and I had many! He was not in a rush and was more than willing to assist me in every way.I then told him that I was interested and what were the next steps. Chased explained that he could call my insurance company to have an adjuster from there to come out for an inspection. Also, that there was ZERO obligation, nothing to sign. I agreed to that and he called my insurance company right then, immediately, filing a claim. The appointment was made with an adjuster and confirmed by my insurance company. The adjuster came out 5 days later, made a rapid inspection without looking into my attic 100%Then a few days later, the company sent me approval for ½ of my roof! ONE HALF OF MY ROOF, with missing tiles, leaks, missing boot, etc, and was 16 years old. The tiles were not even manufactured anymore!This was Unsatisfactory to me and to Chase. This insurance company is a very old company that used to have an excellent reputation. High priced, well known. And going to replace ½ of my bad roof? I've always paid my high premiums on time, yearly and have never had any claims. Never. (both home and auto).Chase made many supporting, phone calls, emails and contacts. Chase followed-up many times on every detail each week with them. He never gave up doing what he needed to do to get some action! He made contact with me on any and all updates as to what was happening. He came out and took many, many pictures for the insurance company, over and over, from November to February 29th, 2024. Finally, yesterday, my insurance company changed their decision and committed to replacing my entire roof, as they should, but due to Chase doing his job 150%! This would not have happened without Chase's diligence!I am so extremely impressed with the professionalism and hard work of Chase Morris that I would highly recommend him! He has done everything he promised to do. Chase is a lovely young gentleman that I trust completely His word is gold! The world needs more young men like him.I will follow-up and give an update as to how well Best Choice Roofing has done on my new roof. I firmly believe I will be very pleased.

Great experience. I didn't know I had storm damage until they came by and asked me if I'd like for them to inspect my roof. Roof needed to be replaced anyway and with their help my insurance covered most of the cost. Had a couple of leaks that they repaired and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Jake Goldman and his team drove by my home and saw shingles had blown off my roof. They approached me and from start to finish they took care of everything from talking to the insurance company to getting me a new roof. There was a hail storm that came through my neighborhood months ago and I had no idea there was damage to my roof. A young lady came through and offered to hop up and do an inspection on the house free of charge, she helped me through the insurance process and got my whole roof bought through insurance. Best Choice Roofing did a great job on our roof. Chase Morris stopped by our house after noticing we had some storm damage on our roof. He asked if he could check it out completely free of charge. After seeing the damage we knew we had and explaining other things he found we didn’t even know about, we allowed him to help us through the insurance process. Best Choice went to bat for me to ensure everything damaged on my roof was found and documented with notes and photos. This is truly a professional company, showing up when they say they would and completing the job thoroughly and in the time predicted. Austin and Garrett went out of their way to help me maneuver through the complicated insurance process and putting my anxiety at ease. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an inspection and especially if they need a roof. Finding the damage is one thing but replacing the roof is a whole different process. Great job on both finding the damage and replacing the roof. Great people to work with! They made me feel like family.

Rachel Frasure noticed the damage on my roof and offered me a free inspection. She showed me all of the damage and missing shingles and worked with me to file a claim. She and her team got my roof replacement fully covered through insurance, and she even worked with me on the out of pocket expenses. She told me that she is fairly new to the business, but I would’ve never guessed that. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She stayed in contact with me through the process to make sure I stayed in the loop, and she helped resolve my questions and concerns.The workers came and did a great job with the roof and clean up.My only complaint was over some scheduling issues, but Rachel and Garret Norris were quick to remedy this. Both of these 2 individuals made the process as smooth as possible, and I couldn’t be happier with them. Thank you guys!!

Been dealing with Racheal Frasure from Best Choice roofing. On getting our roof replaced. Our insurance is trying to get away with paying as little as possible of course and that experience has been less than stellar but Racheal has made the process with Best Choice bearable. She has stayed in contact with me through everything from the initial visit to the repairability test and financing. We haven't yet had the roof replacement completed yet but if they do as great of a job on the roof as Racheal has done on the customer service side then I will be very happy with the overall experience.

Best Choice roofing came through after the storm we had April 1, 2023.James Lowe came and checked our roof with adjuster. Insurance cut a check for half the roof. James told us he was working with insurance to get them to pay for the whole roof since the roof would not match. My husband has text with James several time since May and it was always the same , he couldn't get in contact with our insurance but he is still trying. My husband text him today to ask what is going on its been almost 4 months, he no longer works for them. No one from this company has ever contacted us to let us know anything so I'm sure now the insurance won't cover our whole roof being its been 4 months since they cut a check! Bad business to me, seems like no one knows what's going on! We really feel like James never tried to get in touch with our insurance company. Can not believe that no one from our insurance would not answer or respond to his calls for months supposedly!

Jonathan and his team showed up in the dark after a bad storm had taken place in our neighborhood. They were heading home from another job and just stopped to lend a hand and offer help where they could. We had no idea what needed to be done or where to start, and he and his team made the process so easy and worry-free. He crawled up in the attic and checked for leaks, walked the roof, all in the dark mind you, to see what needed to be done the night of the storm. He also checked another neighbors roof and assured him that his roof was fine. Such a trust worthy person and team.
