Our insurance company recommending Brite construction when our hot water heater busted and ruined our hardwood floors. They did a fantastic job! They communicated a lot so we always knew what our timeline was and when we needed more info, we would just reach out and they always responded quickly. They took care in having our house packed up and moved out for us, did a phenomenal job refinishing our hardwoods and staining them to the color of our choice, and moved everything back in afterward. When I had a storm put holes in my roof they told me all week they would come out and put a tarp on it, even up to the day when new storms were coming in. I waited until it started raining and called them and they said I would just have to find someone else because they were busy. Very unprofessional because then I had to leave work early to do it myself.I missed a hole and it caused even further damage. I called Exterior Home Solutions and told them what happened and they came out THAT DAY. So, you be the judge.

The most unprofessional company out there. My insurance company hired them to fix water leak damage and it’s been 5 weeks and the job is not completed. No one has showed up in the last two weeks to complete the job. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
