I met with Mike from CPR today to review our roof situation and advise us on some questions and concerns. He called in advance of arrival, arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. If you are looking for an honest and personal experience, CPR is the one to choose! Our previous experience involved a different company taking a quick look at our roof and saying the words "your roof looks pretty good" followed by "we recommend you get a new roof", and then finally hitting us with a massive quote, all in the same sentence. So, I was unsure of what to expect when Mike showed up. He then turned my concerns completely around, putting us at ease. He actually took time to investigate what we had and sought to understand our situation BEFORE making a recommendation! Imagine that! Above that, he went out of his way to help with some repairs right there on the spot! His dedication to excellent service combined with his easy-going attitude made working with him a pleasurable experience! I highly recommend at least speaking with CPR Roofing before making your next roofing decision. If only all my home consultations were this good. A+!

The CPR management and crew were awesome. Mike Martin is a courteous professional who didn’t over-sell me on roofing materials. Every thing happened exactly on schedule: shingle delivery, dumpster delivery and pick-up, and the actual roof tear off, repair, and replacement. Mike’s crew worked tirelessly and at the end of their long day cleaned up thoroughly. My roof required replacement due to storm damage and Mike has been helpful through the claims process

Mike at Cover Pro Roofing was the 4th person I had look at my roof for repairs and the best by far. Throughout the process he was very responsive on the phone and always knew who I was when I called him (I'm sure he constantly deals with a bunch of customers). He also had no issues stopping by to show samples or be at the house with the insurance adjuster. He made the whole process easy, smooth, and fast! The crew knocked it out of the park. They were here at 7 am and had it done, cleaned up, and gone by 2:30 the same day. All of that and quality materials that give you a 50 year warranty. I couldn't ask for anything more. When a tree fell on our house we were stressed. We had concerns about dealing with our insurance, how long the job would take, and making sure the repairs were done right. Mike at CPR was awesome. He replaced our roof, fixed or replaced the gutters, and helped us communicate with the insurance company and understand our bill. We got a great looking high quality roof, with great service, and he made the logistics of dealing with our insurance company super smooth. The work was done very quickly and everyone involved was polite and professional. Mike and crew knocked out exactly what we needed super fast. They installed new fans into our guest bathroom and master bathroom and had them properly vented outside. With the kitchen we had another contractor install the stove vent but they ghosted on us and didn't properly vent it outside. Again, Mike rolled in and made sure the job got finished up and it was perfect. super fast, great rates, very thorough.

Called and got Mike on the phone. This guy shows up faster than I can watch a whole "my money don't jiggle jiggle, it folds," video. He then runs up the wall like Jackie Chan onto the roof and finds the problem like a white guy in China. After blasting his caulk around faster than John Wick, he says "Call me if you have anymore problems. No charge." And ghosts out like batman at the end of a conversation. All this in under 5 minutes. Suddenly, I didn't have anymore problems with my wife, we have a kid on the way, I was more pleasant at work, and I got 3 promotions in one week! Mike fixes lives.Service: Roof repair
