CRS Exteriors did a great job with our 1955 home basement window replacement. They were easy to work with from start to finish and didn’t pressure us to buy (unlike other window companies in the Knox area). On the day of installation, John Horne installed all 3 windows by himself and did a fantastic job. They look better than I expected, despite two of the windows being placed in a cinder block wall with extensive damage due to movement and cracking over the years.

Our 40+ year old cedar sided home was in dire need of more than a paint job. We contacted CRS Exteriors to discuss our options. Their salesman James arrived on time and showed us the new Alside Ascend 7” insulated siding. Its available in beautiful colors. Choosing the color was the hardest part! Once the material arrived and the crew scheduled; work began and our home was transformed in 2 short weeks with new siding, soffetts and gutters.Everything from beginning to end went smoothly due to their effort to go above and beyond, excellent communication via phone and text and their crews skill level.My husband and I recommend them 1000%!

I purchased 13 windows and a sliding glass replacement door from CRS last fall. The whole process was easy and their team is great. Ed, the salesman was good and there was no pressure from him to buy anything and he just stated the facts. For a salesman, Ed was very knowledgeable about the products they sold, which is very rare these days in sales. The install teams did a great job and were professional. Corey and Karl put in some long hours removing all the old windows and door from my old house. It's amazing how good everything looks now. They even filled out the paperwork for a TVA energy rebate for me. Highly recommend them for any replacement windows or doors you may need!

Excellent communication. It wasn't a cheap job, but in this case, you get what you pay for. Dave and Scotty took on a complex job, and absolutely nailed it. We purchased black fiberglass windows from CRS exteriors and couldn't be happier with the experience. James and the sales staff were very helpful and responsive and ensured we could get the windows we wanted at a price we could afford.As good as our experience with the purchase was, our installation experience was even better. Dave and Scottie are simply the best. They were always punctual, and communicated consistently throughout the job. They even sacrificed their own time to work extra hours over the Christmas holidays to ensure our job was complete. They are true craftsmen and take great pride in their work. I can't wait to show off our new windows and their work to our friends. I would advise anyone looking for windows to use CRS Exteriors and request Dave and Scottie for your installation!

We just had Marvin Infinity clad windows installed from CRS Exteriors. Dave and Scotty were the installers for our project and are very good at their job. Once the existing windows were removed, adjustments had to be made because of how the old windows were installed. Dave and Scotty came up with a solution and the work they did is top notch!

Cory with CRS came out and installed our windows yesterday and did an excellent job. We needed three new Marvin windows in our condo. Being a remodel and not new construction with similar looking units surrounding us, he took the time and effort to explain the entire process and how the finished product/result would look. Throughout the job he would stop and make sure I was happy with the progress and wanted to know if I had any additional questions. When the job was done he made sure I was 100% satisfied and cleaned up the entire job site. If we have any additional need for CRS to come out we will specifically request for Cory to be the person on the job.

We just had new front and basement doors along with storms doors installed that were purchased from CRS Exteriors. Their price was significantly lower than competitors for the same manufacturer product. They were very close on the production and installation dates estimated. Dave and Scotty did a very professional job installing the doors and made sure we were happy with the job before leaving. We will definitely be using CRS Exteriors for future renovation projects.

We had 20 Marvin Infinity windows installed. The Father/Son team, Ray and David Cox were our installers. They arrived the scheduled date on time with a trailer full of our windows. We had a brief introduction. They checked out the job site, and what was involved. Then they started staging windows. They both told me to watch all I want and ask all the questions I want. They both are true craftsmen and have been doing this a long time. What more could we ask for, you might ask? Well, here it is…their attention to detail is absolutely “spot on”. The teamwork between these 2 guys is awesome! For the most part they work separately, occasionally they come together to help each other, then back apart working on something different to contribute to a very smooth process. Just like a “well oiled” machine. Before leaving for the day… they both walk through the job site checking things, picking up trash and making a plan for tomorrow. They won’t even let the smallest questionable item pass by unnoticed. They are both very friendly and kind, and during this project they both have become our friends. They respected our home and treated it just like it was their own. And now… to the Marvin Infinity windows… They are very high quality, and they look much better than we initially imagined. This is the drooling time. We will be showing our new windows to everyone that comes into our home. Someone told me once that the window installation is half of the window quality. Now I am a true believer. Our windows were installed by professionals with tons of experience. Thank you to Ray and David Cox for a job well done and to CRS Exteriors for the sale and management of the project. Alan was our sales rep. He provided us all the information we needed to make the right choice on which window we wanted. Ralph made the accurate measurements to order the windows. He is very knowledgeable in construction and repair of windows. I honestly believe that Ralph has forgotten more about windows than I will ever know. And last but certainly not least… Frank. I never met him in person, we talked a lot on the phone. In my mind, Frank is the “go to” guy. He has coordinated and scheduled our window installation when it was most convenient for us. He also has answered a ton of questions along the way. In conclusion, CRS Exteriors is a top-notch company that has a great reputation, with highly skilled craftsmen. I will be back for any future projects that I might need that are in your job scope and would recommend CRS Exteriors to anyone looking for high quality work. Thank you, to you all!

James came out in September, after a few exchanges with other window installers. We decided, we liked the Infinity by Marvin the best. Windows were custom built.They arrived at the shop, near the end of the year. We scheduled an installation date. John Horne and his helper showed up, and got half of the windows installed on the first day. Four windows. It is a pretty small job, eight windows total. They returned after the New Year, and installed the rest. They did a pretty good job, of keeping the mess down, and cleaning up, after themselves. They had a few issues, that needed addressed, not the installers fault. All issues have been addressed. Got to give a shout out to Frank, back at the office. Always so nice, I can be a bit, naggy. We are very happy, with our new windows. Have gotten several compliments on how good they look. Lifetime warranty. I'm sure if I ever have a problem, They will take care of it. Edit add on .These guys are great! I highly recommend.

Dave and Scotty replaced our windows with skill, knowledge, and accuracy. They cleaned up immaculately after each window. They went above and beyond in taking down shutters and blinds and then putting them back up again. I’m super pleased and excited about the quality and beauty of our new windows!Dave and Scotty replaced all of our exterior doors, except the front door (more later), and once again, went above and beyond. They reconnected our alarm system with each door replacement and repaired an area where bees had made a nest in the wall. They made sure I was satisfied with each door, every day. The front door did not fit and the owner came to house, assumed full responsibility, and they are currently working on a solution to the problem. I am trusting it will be handled in the professional manner I am accustomed to with CRS. I appreciate Dave and Scotty's years of experience and attention to detail.

CRS Exteriors did a great job replacing three sets of doors at our house. Karl and his helper who did the installations were very careful and meticulous in the installations. They went to great lengths to keep our house clean during the process. The doors look beautiful, fit perfectly, and greatly improve the appearance and comfort level of our house. A great experience with purchase of a ProVia entry door from CRS. Ed Clark was extremely knowledgeable of the product and offered helpful advise during our selection. CRS replaced our 27 Year old vinyl siding with Hardie Board and our soffits and facia with metal and vinyl.The removed the old siding and then replaced a large amount of Celotex board replacing it with OSB board and house wrap. Hardie staggered shakes was install in the eaves and board & batten on the main house.We are very happy with the look and ready to have it painted. Choose a primed Hardie board over colored due to possible updated colors in the future.The foreman checked with us regularly along the way to make we were pleased with their work. They showed a particular awareness to detail and concern of appearance.Installing new chimney cap and shroud now.

Over a week, Dave and Scotty removed several old vinyl and aluminum windows on our home and replaced them with Marvin Infinity Fiberglass windows. Dave was very diligent about the job. They showed up on time and communicated with us what was going to happen and when. He made sure to check in with us often to review the work as it was going on. Scotty was very detail oriented and did a great job of the finish trim work. They even helped us remove some old cornice boards and disposed of them. CRS just replaced my mid 1960s era aluminum windows with Marvin Infinity windows. The set up with sales and Ed Clark was easy and straightforward. Delivery took about 3 months. Dave and Scotty arrived when scheduled and it didn't take me long to realize they had put in their 10,000 hours years ago and were, obviously, experts at their craft. They did a tremendously awesome job. The quality of the Infinity windows is excellent and I would highly recommend CRS to anyone.

Previously we had CRS install Marvin windows in our sunroom and have been impressed with the overall quality of the product.No matter the quality of the window, if they are not installed correctly you might just as well save money and purchase contractor grade windows from a box store.After watching the challenging installation of the windows in our sunroom, there was no question I wanted the team of Dave and Scotty to install the replacement windows in my home. I had lost faith in almost all contractors that I have had recent interactions with, until CRS Exteriors and the Dave and Scotty team. Had a prior GC that couldn't seem to get the job done, had a previous job arranged with CRS for siding, decided to have them do the replacement windows also. Measurements were made quickly after arranging a meeting time. Waited 3-4 weeks for the 13 windows to come in. Dave and Scotty showed up and in less than 2 days had all 13 installed with literally no evidence they were here, except I got home and had new windows. The fit and installation is amazing, these guys take real pride in their work. I was destined to replace the interior trim on these windows but the job is so good, I don't have to anytime soon. Super quality windows and restored my faith in knowing there are contractors out there that care about the quality of their work. Absolutely amazing, I am super impressed.
