The guys were very friendly, and done a really good job on fixing the gutters. The only thing that I wasn't pleased with is that they left nails all around my house, they should have a magnet to pick them up . I spent quite awhile going around picking up the gutters nails & my husband took a magnet and it picked up alot of nails from the boards. But overall I am happy with the work done and gutters fixed.

This was our second encounter with the company. First time was to solve a gutter issue on a boat house; second time was to help us solve a down spout problem. Terry Dailey was a pleasure to work with - gave us great advice, spent a lot of time with us.

Fake.Please google Eddie welch and look at the family home he set on fire WHY SHOULD THIS GUY GET BUSINESSWHE HE SETS A $500,000 HOUSE ON FIRE?.Dont trust this guy hope you climb up and look at this guys work after hes done. Half these people don't go up on the roof and look at his job when done. HE'S A SCAMMER. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES.(EDDIE WELCH)( WOMAN BEATER)This guy is a Joke he burnt down his $500,000 house on purpose with gasoline with dogs and Kids in it.) There are alot of better gutter companies than this guys. He will rip you off. He's been ripping people off for 30years. He doesn't pay his employees he never paid me or sent me a tax form, I reported my employment .A Knox County man is behind bars, after investigators say he assaulted his wife, then set his home on fire.Archie Edward Welch, 49, is charged with aggravated arson, resisting arrest, and domestic assault.The Knox County Sheriff's Office says Welch's wife fled their home on Kimaron Lane early Tuesday morning. She called 911, and a deputy met her at a nearby Weigel's on Emory Road. She told the deputy that Welch physically assaulter her and threatened to set the house on fire. Guy is crazy

From start to finish, all the employees were courteous, friendly, conscientious and respectful. They got all the gutters up in a day; had to come back following day to install downspouts. When it finally rained so we could check it all out, we found 2 problems & they came it & fixed them in a little over a week. Very good workmanship and very prompt; will definitely call them again if we need more work done.

They came out twice to give me an estimate on a simple 50', straight run,gutter. They arrived around 4:00, supposed to be here around 12- or 1:00 pm. I told them before they gavee my estimate that I was reusing my downspouts. How was I to know a piece of two was missing that connects to the gutter. I really didn't pay attention to it. The guy who came out twice should of seen that when he came out to give me the estimate. So,the piece cost around $25,but they wanted to charge me an extra $175. Don't know if the guys are contractors or not. But, obviously a big rip off

We highly recommend East Tennessee Guttering. Several years ago we had them replace our gutters and add leaf guard. Very happy with what they did. This past week we needed two downspouts replaced. The owner came out and gave us a fair quote. The gentleman who came out to do the install was very professional and personable. His work is top shelf. He also did a great job of removing the old and cleaning up. You’d never know he had been here except for the nice new downspouts.

Our home has 158 feet of gutters with 10 downspout. The crew arrived about thirty minutes after they called. They was both professional and courteous. They did an excellent job or removing the old gutters and installing the new. They cleaned up and removed all of the old gutters and other materials that was left over from the job.. Well, here we go. Another not-so-professional company in my area. I received an estimate that looked really good. I had 6" guttering, downspouts, some vinyl siding, drip edge and a standing seam section of roofing installed. Everything started out good, but eventually ended up with the owner (Eddie) and me having a HUGE screaming fight. He is a bit difficult, but we were able to get past this and moved forward. The team had to come out several additional times to adjust and replace a few things, but otherwise, they worked out. The installers were actually very nice and accomodating. Additionally, the standing seam roof was black without discussing color I would want. When I discussed it, I was told it was the only color it came in...absolutely a lie. NOW, however, I found that the drip edge that was installed, is really not "installed" at all. Code requires that they go under the bottom shingle and either be nailed or adhered with roofing cement. None of the drip edges were attached permanently and the company says they don't permanently install them. HUH? That is TN code to permanently install them. Kim states they have been doing it this way for 30 years, which means they do not keep up with current code changes. This company is so difficult to work with and will argue with anyone. My dad used to own this type of company and I worked for him over 5 years. I know that this company is cutting corners for profit. They even screwed up my bill and later tried to bill more. I had already signed the original estimate that included everything and I paid that in full. Now they want to say that I did not pay the bill. The woman in the office is a HUGE part of the problem, because she is argumentative and screws up too much. I would say that if you hire this company....watch them very carefully...or better yet, pull a permit for the work if required...if unsure, DO NOT go with them at all. UPDATE: They will not install the drip edge properly....I would NEVER recommend them, as they are only out for themselves.Services: Gutter installation, Roof repair
