We really like the new fiberglass shingle roof. We like the colors and the fresh look. Erie team of installers finished in one day. We had some roof leaks with our original, shingle, roof so we had Erie Home strip the entire roof (house and detached garage) and replace both with a metal roof, with the look of shingles. The crew installed both roofs within the predicted 4 - 5 day window and the results were fantastic. The entire site was cleaned completely at the end of the job and I recommend them highly!

I expected great results, and that's exactly what I received! I wasn't in a rush for install time, but they installed within a month. Installers were very good at what they do. Shingles where removed and full install was complete in one day. All rubbish and hints that they were even here were removed. Roof looks great! Now I have to work on the rest of the house to match the quality of the roof.

I am impressed with how quickly Erie was able to coordinate and complete the process of replacing my old roof! Within a week the materials for the new roof were delivered and two days later the roofing crew arrived at 7AM to remove the old roof and install the new one. By early afternoon they were completely finished including all of the cleanup! New roof looks great!Thanks to all at Erie Home!

I'm very pleased with the entire process. Cody, who came out to look at my roof and give me choices for a new roof, was very thorough, nice, and professional. The new roof arrived earlier than I had planned. I met and spoke with the four men who installed the roof. They were also very nice. Everyone I dealt with throughout the entire process was very professional and nice. The driveway was totally clear of any debris when they were finished. The new roof looks great. Great job to all who were involved.

We purchased an architectural fiberglass shingle roof replacement from Erie Home. They came as scheduled, worked fast, and finished in about six hours. It looks good, but I reserve judgment until I am satisfied with its waterproof guarantee. Communication has been spotty at times, but better now. We just found nails in driveway, a big negative. Cost and incomplete cleanup lead me to a four star rating.

We desperately needed a new roof. I contacted Erie Home through Angie's List, and someone from the company called me within minutes. A representative was at our house the next day, and now, exactly one week later, we have a new, beautiful roof with Erie fiberglass shingles. The team arrived at my house at 8:30 am, and the job was finished on a fairly large roof by 4:00 pm, including some tear-off and replacing damaged plywood decking. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. You can't beat the guarantee. This should be the last time I need to replace a roof on this house.

The roof crew did an excellent job with the removal and replacement of the roof tiles, under cloth and trim. They arrived early in the morning and were complete, including the cleanup by supper time. I’m very happy with our new fiberglass roof. We just bought our house and need a new roof but couldn’t afford it but thank to the financing we got approved for our new roof. Our house looks a lot better and thanks to Erie homes. They came,installed and cleaned up in 10 hours. Thank you Erie homes I will recommend to anyone. We also had some dry rot that had to be replaced. They fixed and replaced plywood and then installed our new roof.

This process was surprisingly easy and Erie Homes was very upfront with what I needed and what what available. They did not try to sell me the high end metal roof when all I need was the fiberglass shingles (still high quality). They showed my the leaks that I was currently experiencing and explained what needed to be done. Financing was also an easy process.

The Good:I went with the fiberglass option and the new roof looks great. In the 4 weeks since it was installed we have had strong winds, 80+ mph gusts, heavy rain, freezing temperatures and there have been no issues.The not so Good:The crew that did the installation left a trail of trash from their lunch along the driveway.They also missed the dumpster with at least 3 spools of nails that I have found so far in the front yard.Three days after the install someone came to pick up the dumpster from the front yard. After a couple of attempts he decided the ground was too wet and said he would be back the next day. 15 days later (total of 12 business days after the install was completed) he finally came back and the dumpster was removed, which means it was in the front yard for Christmas and New Year's Day. No contact from anyone during that time.Would I recommend Erie Home, yes. The product is great so far. The trash issues could have been avoided if the supervisor had stayed until everything was complete and done a quick walk around the work site.As for the dumpster, Erie contracts that out, so this isn't a direct reflection on them, but I feel they should be following up with either the contracted company, the customer or both to ensure everything was completed.

Erie Home installed a new roof on our house. The roofing material looks great. The installation was performed by a talented roofing crew that ensured everything was done correctly. All of the old material was cleaned up disposed of. Also, they used magnets to ensure no screws or nails were left behind. I would strongly recommend using Erie Home for your roofing needs.

Made an appointment to come and give me an estimate. I asked for a text vs phone call to confirm, which I received the day prior the scheduled appointment. An hour after they were supposed to be here I learned they left a voicemail (didn't show on my phone) stating they couldn't make it. Fine, I get it, things happen. But you would think Erie Roofing would have the decency to call back, apologize and MAYBE try to reschedule another day? Well, if they are expecting me to call back, wrong. I will take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional in my opinion!

Though I never had any work done by this company I did have an estimate done. They came to my home and told me my roof was leaking and showed me pictures from inside my attic of a place they said was leaking. They said I needed a completely new roof. After having another roofing company come out and look at the roof as well as take me up in the attic and show me where they were talking about, it became very evident the salesman from Erie home were trying to take advantage of me. My roof didn't need replaced and only had one small nail hole in a shingle that needed caulking. They tried to sell me a product that was far more expensive than any other comparable products. Always always always get a second and third opinion before agreeing to any service done. Especially with large purchases like a roof!

Updated below recommending them:The salesmen, both named Cody, were very knowledgeable about the product, financing and installation process of the fiberglass dimensional singles, extras and warranty. Installation process was done in less than a day, removing old shingles and a very good job on cleaning up, too! I would highly recommend them.Update: I want to let people know, do not get your financing through Medallion bank! I just can’t believe that Erie roofing would use such a corrupt bank, they charge way to much interest, about $7 a day to be exact, on $22,000 financed! If I had known this I would of not gotten my roof through this place! Very upset and disappointed! 😡 Medallion bank has a lot of bad reviews, check them out with the Better Business Bureau!

All in all great job. If there was anything negative about the entire job it was there was no notification that material was being delivered on a specific day or time and they ordered too small of a dumpster to hold all of the debris that came off the roof and it as of today 7/12/23 I still have debris in the yard from Friday 7/7/23 Other than that, great job.

While they may not be the cheapest bid, the warranty and quality products are hoped to a better long term investment.The roofing crew came in after materials were delivered and removed an existing metal roof, sheeted the roof with OSB plywood, and installed the shingles all in a two day period. The job site was cleaned up well and the final product has enhanced our property’s appearance and value.
