Dustin Woodson came out the same day Exterior Home Solutions was contacted. I was provided a quote the same day. Complete tear off, replaced bad wood and brand-new shingles. We just had our roof done by Exterior Home Solutions and it looks great. Claire and Jon helped us pick the best option for our home. It is an old house and the roof as been added on to over the years. The crew was quick and did a great job of cleaning up as they went and afterwards. The prices were fair and they offer financing, which is great. The loan process was quick and easy, and the terms were explained both before and after. No leaks and we've gotten a lot of compliments on our roof!

Claire was phenomenal at keeping me informed and answering any questions that I had. They came out within the week to get started. The roof and gutters were completed in a day. We wanted to have a covered porch put on our house and got ahold of exterior home solutions.They arrived on time to give us our estimate and was ready pleasantly surprised with the estimate.Having a project done by others in the past has always been aggravation but not with these people.They done exactly what they said they would do and actually more.The workers were efficient and extremely proficient.The job was finished on time with no surprises and on budget.I knew from the first 30 minutes on the job they weren’t gonna cut corners and obviously knew what to do.It turned out better than we anticipated which is a first for me.Initially I wondered if I could afford a professional company to come out and do the work and after what a fine job they did I have to ask how can you afford not to use them.They have truly created me a spot that I look forward to using everyday.Thanks exterior home solutions

Five stars just isn’t enough!! I cannot express how satisfied I am with the work completed on our home last week. I was stressed and wasn’t sure what needed to be done, BUT THEN…PATRICK came along!! 🙌🏼. He was personable, kind, and knew exactly how to fix the numerous issues. He put my mind at ease and always assured me “not to worry”. He was prompt in returning my calls and was always on time. He went ABOVE and BEYOND on my home.The second best thing was his SIDING CREW. They were fantastic! Fast, yet detailed, friendly, hard workers and their work is PERFECTION!!! Shout out to Timery and Sergio as well. They were amazing in the clerical and financing department. I am pleased to recommend Exterior Home Solutions. Less than an hour after first contacting them, I had an appointment with Bob Jones for an estimate consult. I was pleased with the price and they worked to a schedule I needed. I received detailed information about the company and products offered. They showed up on time, took care to protect my property from damage and debris, and installed the roof quickly. Tim Bright checked on the progress several times to insure quality control. I am very pleased. I am waiting expectantly for them to do another job for me within the next couple of weeks and will be talking with them about a third job a little later this year. You will not be disappointed when choosing Exterior Home Solutions.

They came out and completed everything in 1 1/2 days The Roofing crew was very professional and cleaned up everything when they were finished and the show up on time !. Our sales person Claire was very professional and explained the whole processes to use. Tim was back and forth making sure everything was getting done properlyThe Friday before we got a call from the schedule manager (carl) to confirm and to review all the details of what they were going to be doing , and to answer any questions we have .Sergio the office manager, extremely nice professional and always available to talk to us.The recesptionis /front girls super professionals and took care of us immediately and return our callsWe had 3 estimates and we are glad we choose them ! Everything was replace , boards, pipes covers ceiling fan, and they used all the shingle manufactory materials. We went with the top of the top warranty package for less than 300.00 more.5 years warranty with them for any issues plus the top of the top manufacture shingles warranty, you can not bit that !!!Please keep in mind they are construction company so don't expect the fancy folders like other companies just to try to get your business !Do not let that to choose someone else this is the company you want !!!! ( warranty , well done job, professionals , honest company and family oriented )I would defiantly recommend them and used them again

I found out about Exterior Home Solutions from a neighbor. She had her roof replaced last year and it looks awesome. When I decided to update my worn out roof I called Exterior and Bob Jones came out. He is a professional roofing estimator yet very easy to understand. My wife picked the color and the job was done! Exterior Home Solutions was amazing! Joel was on site and did a very good job. He was quick, efficient, and did a VERY good job. We've had 2 significant rains since the repair, not one drop in the house. Outstanding job. Joel even fixed problems I didn't know I had up there and prevented any further damage. If I ever have roof issues again, Exterior Home Solutions will be my first and only call.

Exterior Home Solutions replaced the vinyl siding on our home. After contacting another local company to come and give us a quote I could get no response. I found Exterior Home Solutions through Google. I called them and they had Bob out the very next day to look at the house and work up a quote. Jamie came out and did the work and he went above and beyond on the house. It was a big job but he did excellent work. Photos included. We love the new gray siding!

I just used Exterior Home Solutions, LLC and it was a great experience. Daniel was prompt in returning our call and coming out to give us an estimate to repair a leaky roof. They sent Joe, the roofer, a few days later to repair it. Can't say enough about Joe. He was professional, courteous and did an excellent job repairing shingles and some rotten roof boards. I would highly recommend this company for any roof repairs and I would definitely use them again.

I was given an accurate estimate in line with other roofers. The work was scheduled to my convenience and promptly performed. An older home the Exterior representative noticed the flashing on the chimney and boot on the kitchen exhaust pipe needed replacement and this was done at no additional charge. I am so happy with the job Exterior Home Solutions did with my roof replacement. It started leaking after recent tornado damage, so I called them to come look at it. Daniel was quick to respond. When we talked about replacing it, I told him that the house has had a problem with overflowing gutters and that I had been told it was because of a problem with how the roof sloped. I said I didn't want to them fix the tornado damage or even replace the roof if they couldn't identify and correct what was causing the drainage problems. Daniel assured me that they could and would address the issue. He made sure the project manager and crew were aware of my concerns. I wish I could recall the project manager's name, because he made sure to tell me exactly what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. They did exactly what was promised. I love my new roof and can't say enough about how happy I am with the work this team did. Rainwater now flows swiftly from the roof to the gutters and through the downspouts like it should instead of pouring over the sides of the gutters like a waterfall. Many thanks to Daniel and the team assigned to replace my roof. You did a great job and made this woman very happy!

I posted a picture to my response to their “facts” but they left some important left out details. The office person is not aware of what they put us through. I also don’t have enough allotted text space to fully explain how ridiculous our experience was.It was very hard to get them to send us a normal contract. When people got sick we had to reexplain the job to several people. They do not communicate amongst themselves. Vents had to be ordered the day of because of how hard it was for them to send us a basic contract that still ended up confusing everyone. We trusted they would install vents as we discussed in person.We told them it was for home insurance and needed to be fast. They ordered a custom color (we wanted something faster). Patrick was supposed to call us back but went ahead and ordered the vinyl instead. Had to wait another month, insurance got cancelled and had to be reinstated. More unnecessary headaches.The manager was not available on the first day when I found out they weren’t going to put house wrap on they had to take off vinyl and then put it back on the next day. They installed customer supplied house wrap the day manager got sick the night he told us he’d be there at 8am. We didn’t find out he was sick until 3pm when we called the office wondering why the OLD vent was being installed. Worker showed up and starts putting vinyl up that day without knowing the manager was sick. The worker also didn’t know he had to do the other side of the house and that he also had new vents to install. The new vents were at the office because manager got sick.He also spoke little English and I’m stuck communicating to the guy without the manager for 3 days. (Worker dude was awesome btw) (We had to ask them for vents, not sure why it is not standard for them on a gable). They didn’t pull permits so it was up to the homeowner to determine quality. Had to be there to baby sit. I could not trust this company to do a job on their own in the future.It took about 2 months for an “easy” job that should have been simple and stress-free. They gave us $150 for a hole in the screen. We think maybe $25 for the headache? It’s an insult. The whole point of hiring was so I wouldn’t have to manage it.Their entire company doesn’t communicate with each other. We had to tell the same thing to each person we talk to. (About 4-5) Their worker ended up doing a great job though. I wish I had found the worker without the company. Would have been a better experience. They are unorganized but at least willing to make it right. If you aren’t there when they work on your home you have no clue what’s underneath and the dude works so fast I barely caught him not using house wrap. Be home to observe because if we weren’t we’d have no idea they were just going to slap a few nails into studs and call it done and literally giving us a vinyl wall without knowing to replace the vents when we had discussed it originally. Since it’s “grandfathered” in their work doesn’t get inspected.If you work with them make sure the contract is perfect because in the end everyone got confused when looking at it. Bob the salesman wouldn’t answer our phone calls to change the contract and is the supposed owner. Very stressful experience for us and I hope yours is better. Not trying to rag on this company but I hope they learn from my experience and become better. Whatever you tell Bob the salesperson be prepared that who ever else you talk to isn’t going to have the same info and likely aren’t gonna be on the same page. Worked with sub contractors and companies since I was little. They aren’t the worst company just unorganized but they just didn’t earn my positive review and they should be very aware.Originally, their first reply to my review was “we don’t have your name on file”. If you see more of their “review replies” in which they responded similar to that, maybe think twice.
