After calling several companies I an SO glad I found Falcon Roofing! I wanted a couple of estimates but because of no shows and looong waits I accidentally ended up with five estimates! Falcon was not only the most affordable but they came for the estimate when the said they would-gave me an estimate when they said they would-and most importantly showed up when scheduled and did an amazing job. Hardest working crew imaginable and left my yard and driveway spotless when finished! I highly recommend Falcon-you will save money and you will be pleased with the job!

We had storm damage to our roof and I called multiple places in the area trying to get a quote and to have some one tarp the hole in my roof. Falcon Roofing was the only company to respond immediately and get an estimator out to our house. The same day they had a team come to the house to tarp the damaged area and apologized as they didn't have all the materials available to actually do the fix that day. They came back as soon as they had the needed materials and finished the job. Fast, friendly, and explained everything that needed to be done. I am so impressed I am having them quote new siding and gutters since that is this year's improvement project.

Falcon Roofing came out last Summer to do our neighbor’s roof after some storm damage from a wind storm last year. They were so happy with the job and we could tell it was a professional crew. When we went ahead and decided to get our roof replaced we knew we wanted to use Falcon. Through the entire process from when they inspected the roof to coming out to do the job, they were professional, punctual, courteous and they did a great job on the roof! We recently had our roof replaced by Falcon Roofing. The gentleman they sent out to do an estimate. was very knowledgable. He climbed on the roof, did inspection and made pictures. We received the estimate promptly and the price was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. We also were given a start date which was exactly what they said it would be. Everyone on the job worked very hard even though this was done the month of July when the weather was very hot. The supervisor on the job was here everyday, all day long and was diligent in making sure the workers had everything they need to complete the job, etc. He also gave us an update everyday, which we considered exceptional. The clean up was superb! No debris or nails.Our roof looks amazing and so glad we chose this company. We would recommend Falcon Roofing without any doubts. I initially sought a roofing estimate for our condo complex from Falcon Roofing due to their A+, BBB rating and the fact that they were family and veteran owned. Falcon Roofing returned my call within minutes, scheduling an appointment for the next business day. I spoke with Amanda, the office manager. She demonstrated the epitome of great customer service in the weeks that followed. She was pleasant, professional and prompt in answering questions and gathering the needed information for us.Our condo's roofing committee sought six different estimates, providing the same line by line breakdown to each company for an accurate comparison. Falcon Roofing provided the best estimate and stood by their quote a month later, in spite of the rising cost of building materials.Having had a bad experience with another company, installing the temporary tarps, we were especially concerned about having on-site supervision. We were assured that Chris, the project manager, would be on site each day. He kept us updated throughout the day and informed us if it was necessary for him to leave briefly. Any concerns that we had were addressed the same day. The workers cleaned up the debris before leaving and were careful to prevent damage to our property. Chris communicated to us the plans for the next day and told us what time he and the crew would arrive.Our roofs were completed well within the expected time frame, with delays only in the event of rain. At the completion of the job, Bryant, the owner, spent two hours walking the complex with us to address any minor issues.In thanks for our business, Falcon Roofing made a generous donation to our local Ben Atchley Veterans Home.There were no complaints from our 25 condo owners.
