They answered our call, set an appointment, showed up on time and then took the time to explain the deficiencies with our roof. Since my original inspector couldn’t go out on the roof due to weather, I still needed someone to evaluate the integrity of the roof. FLOW Roofing went out there free of charge to bring peace of mind to me and my family about moving into my new home. I will certainly keep them in mind moving forward when I will need to replace the roof, but they were timely and easy to reach! Would highly recommend!

Flow Roofing recently repaired my roof, and I couldn't be happier with their service. My roof had minor leaking, and after contacting several roofing companies, most of them suggested replacing the entire roof after just a brief visit to my chalet. My roof is only about 10 years old, so I couldn't understand why minor leaking would warrant a full replacement.However, Tyler from Flow Roofing assessed the situation and informed me that the roof was in good shape and only needed a repair, ensuring it could last another 10 years. I had a roofing co. tell me I had bad wind damage to my roof and needed to file a claim with my insurance co. So I called my insurance agent, asked him if he had a roofing co., honest and with integrity, that would inspect my roof and tell me if I needed to replace my roof. Phil Fries with Flow Roofing, came out today and inspected my roof. Mr. Fries told me that the roof is showing some wear, especially in front of my house, but there is NO wind damage at all and I do not need to replace the roof at this time. I was so relieved and thankful for his honesty.

One of the things the average homeowner does the LEAST in home ownership is replacing a roof. Hence, the whole experience can be both daunting and stressful.That is precisely the reason we are very glad indeed that we hired Flow Roofing. After interviewing 6 roofing companies, we were still not satisfied with the proposals for one reason or another. Phillip Fries (owner) listened to my requirements, noted my concerns, and then gave me a very competitive and comprehensive bid.His crew arrived on time (20+ people at sunrise) and completed the installation (~70 squares) in one day. The installation crew headed up by Gabriel and Adolpho were extremely efficient and worked until well after dark. The next day five members of the team returned to insure the cleanup was satisfactory to me. All along the way Phillip’s son Tyler came to the job site, checked in with me, and was in constant contact to insure everything went as planned. The owners (Phillip and Tyler) are exceptionally responsive and accommodating. The installation crew were as efficient as any group I have ever seen at completing a project. Yet, they were never frantic. Rather, they were methodical in a way that insured they did not have to do things twice.Installing a roof is stressful because it is expensive, installation can be complex, and any errors in product selection or installation can have big consequences. So do yourself a favor. Get someone who can eliminate as many of your concerns as possible and give you a quality final product.
