Under-Decking: -From getting a Quote, Signing a contract & completion of the job (on time) the experience with G.E.S. with professional.Owner Eddie Sanders stayed in communication with me before, during and after to ensure that his crew was on target and that I was happy with the Job. He made simple options available to me such as downspout location (see colored boxes), ceiling fan locations and more just to ensure that I would be happy with the outcome. They addressed and fixed issues unrelated to the job just because they could.As with any remodel unforseen surprises arise. Eddie's approach to each surprise was always by presenting options first followed by "How would you like us to handle this.." His crew John, Kevin & others were courteous, clean and quick.I've done many rennovations and remodels to different homes over the years. G.E.S. is not the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. I recently experienced some damage from a burst water pipe due to the unusually cold weather. My son referred me to GES Custom Remodel for the repairs. Eddie called me immediately and had his crew access the scope of the project. It was very apparent that my home was under-insulated, which had caused the exterior spigot pipe to freeze and burst. He quickly provided a quote and the work began within days. I found their pricing very fair and opted to have the retro foam installed in more of the house than originally planned. Robert, George and Nate were great to work with and did an excellent job. I will definitely give them a call for future work in my home and would recommend them without hesitation. I've known of the excellent work GES has done for a few friends over the past 10 yrs. I needed foam insulation in an exterior wall. Although it was a smaller job, Eddie and his crew gave it the attention and me the professional courtesy of a full remodel. The wall is noticeably quieter and fully sealed. I would add a photo, but that's the proof of the great work. You can't tell they did anything because they're good at putting things back exactly the way it was. Only difference is the wall is full of foam and no draft! I'd recommend Eddie and the foam insulation work they do to anyone.

We used GES Eddie Sanford Construction co for an extensive remodeling project. It included master bathroom, walk in tile shower, fireplace and mantel, outside deck & roof repair, etc. The first thing we liked about Eddie was his easy going nature, his attention to detail, clear communication and his understanding of the job at hand. Eddie's two man team did a great job on an installation of a new fiberglass back door (with doggie door) for my home. It was a slab door that needed to be prepped for a door knob, bolt lock & hinges. We had an old walk-in freezer with a damaged ceiling. This meant that we were losing our cold "bought air" because the insulation was no longer performing as originally installed. With that lack of insulation, the freezer was having extremely rapid condensation form on the ceiling.Eddie and his team were able to safely brace our freezer from within, repair the wooden roof trusses with some clever carpentry work, and restore the foam-to-foam contact of the original insulated freezer panels back to the same condition they were back in the early 1980s! There was no business interruption, and we've got our freezer back for a lot less cost than the other option (full demo and rebuild from scratch).Services: General construction, Waterproofing, General repairs
