Jerry was my initial rep on this job and got the paperwork rolling. Very nice guy. He turned the project over to Zach. He got everything set up and checked in when necessary. Zach is very friendly and a pleasure to work with through all of this. I also dealt with Tiffany in the bookkeeping end. Very nice lady! Always returned calls in a timely manner, as well as keeping me up-to-date on any and all changes. Great company!! Roof looks awesome!

We had our roof redone yesterday and today (4-16 and 4-17) by Gold Medal Roofing. These folks were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. All facets of the job were explained and followed. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Clean up was outstanding, the crew was hard working and polite. Prior to the completion of the job, Cody kept me informed as to when the supplies would be delivered and he was right on the money. I would like to specially recognize Dwight who supervised the entire roof replacement project. He took an active part in making certain everything was completed as promised and was an absolute professional to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

I was the most skeptical person ever about Roofing companies until I came across Gold Medal Roofing of eastern Tennessee! Mike Hill came by and introduced himself to me ! This guy was patient and understanding and not pushy at all . I researched their company and became comfortable in letting them have the job of putting on my new Beautiful Roof ! Cody Fryer was the site manager and he was awesome! I kept talking to him and then realized that I had known this guy since he was very young !Anyway , in my opinion you can’t go wrong with letting this company work for you ! Believe me ! They want you to check them out and research and find out for yourself and I did ! You may find someone or some company cheaper but, remember the old saying……. Looking for roofing recommendations online this spring we came across Gold Medal Roofing. After getting several estimates we met with Nazar Pugach from Gold Medal and decided this is the company we choose to replace our roof. Nazar stood out from the others, he’s very professional, listened to our concerns and was very personable. We had to delay our start date while waiting for our fireplace to be installed and Nazar maintained communications during this process. Several days before our scheduled date to have our roof replace Nazar and Michelle let us know what would be taking place. The day before the dumpster and material were delivered and both companies were professional and placed the items where we requested. The day of install Cody and crew showed up on time and went right to work. Cody confirmed with us all the details prep, tear off, underlayment and shingle application that was to take place. They prepped the area around the house to protect our shrubs and trees. We were impressed. They all worked hard all day and finished our roof that same day! Wow! Great people! Great company! Highly recommend!

Due to trusted high recommendations, I selected DANIEL PARROTT/ STORM SPECIALIST for roof and gutter replacements which had heavy hail and high wind damages from a recent severe storm. After carefully inspecting the roof/gutters, he processed the insurance work and met with adjustor. Daniel took me through every step and expertly guided my selection of color-picks, designs, and detailing. He clearly answered all questions, was always available for calls/texts, and continued contact from beginning to end. The total end cost was reasonable. Jacob Pritchett and Mike hill were fabulous they helped us from beginning to end with the project we never had to deal with our insurance they took care of everything including being here with the adjuster. We dealt with so many companies and had the run around and high prices it was just a mess. We were first contacted by Joe Thompson, the sales person. He did an inspection and said the entire roof needed replacing. It was over 20years old. He was very clear to inform us of our options. He was not hard sell at all. He was patient and answered all our questions. Next Doug Stroh the owner came and finalized the deal and made it very clear what their responsibilities and our responsibilities were. His wife Tiffany called us with the scheduled date of install and they all made it clear what would happen and when it would happen. The crew arrived on time and did a great job of installing the roof and then cleaning up the area after it was over. Doug's Daughter Shelby and wife Tiffany kept us in formed of the state of the invoice. We had some problems dealing with our insurance. They were withholding some of the final money that they were supposed to pay. Doug's staff continued to correspond with the insurance and finally got the problems resolved. During that time they did not pressure us to pay our final amount. They were patient and did not request their final payment until the insurance problem was resolved. Everyone was extremely nice. There was a place on my chimney where the hardy board had to be removed to patch a hole in the roof from rot. Doug himself located the out of date hardy board and came and repaired the chimney after the roof was done. I could not ask for better service. I would recommend Gold Metal Roofing of ETN to anyone. At 9:30a on Saturday Jan 13 i get woken up by my wife because someone is beating on our door like the police and freaking her out. So i drag my sleep deprived self out of bed to my wife asking why 2 guys opened our porch gate which had a private property/no trespassing sign on it ( honestly it's rude and a little pretentious to just take it upon yourself to do that ) and then decided to knock loudly on our front door. When i got outside they were in their suv starting to pull off so i hollered at them and when they got out i asked who they were and why were they knocking on my door on a Saturday morning when I'm trying to rest cause i have to work today? When the guy said "we were a roofing company and wanted to let you know we could get you a good deal on a new roof since i saw you had a few shingles loose"........i turned my head and see 2 small pieces of shingles laying on the roof. I said "you woke my wife and me up over 2 pieces of shingles on my roof?" Then i used a few colorful metaphors to let them know they could leave but I'm not gonna write those down. There are other roofing companies that are more considerate of their future customers and definitely aren't scamming people's home insurances.

This company drives around neighborhoods stopping at peoples houses to try & sell them on getting a new roof. They may or may not be a good company, but I put no trust in a roofing company that actively drives around seeking to sell work on houses wether they need a new roof or not. Our roof is only 7 years old and does not need to be replaced, but this company has stopped by the last 2 days in hopes of trying to sell a job that is not needed. We don't answer the door because we don't want to have our time wasted or hear their pitch for something we don't need. They left their business card, but will not be needing that either. My advice, let prospective customers call you if they need work. If you are a reputable company the work will come to you and you will not need to send out salesmen to give a pitch in hopes of roping people into work they may or may not need.

Jordan came out and done our measurements. He had a estimate for me within 24hrs. He even came out on the 4th of July just to do the hand measurements. He was very courteous, respectful, kind and well mannered. Explained all the steps and procedures that he was taking. I would recommend this company to everyone. I would give them 12 out of 10 stars for really going above and beyond. I promise this company will not let you down.

I cannot sing my praises enough about Jordan and every single person I have worked with at Gold Medal Roofing. I knew my roof was close to needing repairs and then BOOM, a storm rolled in. I had no idea where to start and one day I came home from work and I had a door hanger. I figured it was worth a shot, see what happens. My partner called to set up an estimate and within hours we had Jordan at our door. They handled every single step of the process. They took over correspondence with my insurance company (eternally grateful for that). The process was so incredibly quick. The longest I had to wait (which is barely what I consider a wait) was 14 days from the contract signing to the installation. I was never pressured to upgrade my roof, most importantly to me. I was given options, I weighed them, and ultimately decided to stick with what I originally had. And once I made that choice, it was no longer a discussion.The installation, my roof is STEEP but not super big so it only took a day. The crew arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up to the point where I wouldn't have known anyone was even here. On top of it all, the roof looks night and day different. I joked with my friend that no one would even be able to tell a difference but I was wrong. It looks so clean and beautiful. If you need a new roof, do not wait. Call them immediately. If you see a Gold Medal door hanger on your door, call immediately. It will be the best decision you can make for your roof and your home. These people run an honest business, filled with people who genuinely want to do right by the people they work with.

Our consultant Joe was great. The company was very responsive and did exactly what they said they would do. Our roof was in rough shape and they did an amazing job. They completed the roof for thousands cheaper than other companies and were also able to get it covered by insurance. Leaving only the deductible to pay. Let me tell you about one of the most stressful times myself and any homeowner could go thru- getting a new roof and repairs. 1st of my journey started when I came home and had a card from Gold Medal on my door. This told me from the get go they were working hard for my business by putting shoe leather to pavement with a description of the damages on my roof on the back of the card. I was aware of the same damages and knew I had to get something done and quickly. I can't say enough about Doug. Before ANY work was done he visited me 4 to 5 times detailing every step and what was to come in the immediate future. He made sure they worked with my schedule and was always there when I had questions. They worked with my insurance and fought to get this done just like he said he would. The service of the crew and my new roof is impeccable to say the least. Couldn't ask for a better roof and service. And the cleanup was second to none. My yard looked like a war zone before they cleaned up and man what a cleanup they did. I was lucky and I mean lucky to have Gold Medal do my roof. Jacob P stopped by after noticing my roof had taken some damage during a recent storm. He offered to do a free inspection on the spot and found the damage to be fairly light. He offered to do a quick repair just a few days later and for a very affordable price. He didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need or push me into more expensive repairs that he didn’t believe insurance would cover. He even offered to come by a couple times a year to do a quick check and see how my roof is holding up. Jacob was very friendly and professional and I’ll be calling him first if I ever need any more work done.

I can not say enough good things about Gold Medal Roofing of East Tennessee. My father was a contractor who was 100% about product, perfection, and installation, he has been gone for many years now. My mother who lives out of state and has a vacation home here in East Tennessee.Mom has great expectations from contractors, she believes all contractors should measure up to my father's status. Men like my father are few and far between, Gold Medal Roofing met and exceeded her expectations. Maintaining a vacation home many hours away is challenging to say the least. Many contractors and service providers have come and gone over the years and never has any one of them made such an impression.The issue at hand has been, the roof leaks every time a storm approached from the west.  We called Gold Medal Roofing for help, their staff, scheduled an appointment, showed up, quickly determined the cause of the issue... and FIXED it on the spot.While following up with my mother about the visit from Gold Medal Roofing, she explained that the staff member sat down with her and explained what they found, they explained what they had done to fix the issue and even went further to explain possible issues that may arise in the future.This was the most professional service possible, it's good to see that GREAT service and taking pride in your work still exist.
