Green Home made the process so much less a headache than I thought it was going to be to replace my non standard entry door. The non standard size door took over 2 months to special order, and when the Green Home guys got there we opened the box and found that the frame had been split and broken in shipping. Paul and the guys started brainstorming and got creative and ended up rebuilding the door frame for me so I wouldn’t have to wait 2 more months for a replacement. They went the extra mile and got the job done in a single day. Highly recommend!

Had a rotten bathroom floor from a toilet leak. Flooring removed and replaced to the joists. New vinyl, molding, toilet & plumbing, vanity & faucet. Everything is good now, no more issues. Edgar did a wonderful job. Robert & Justin came in after Edgar , had a walk thru and we finalized the project. Your whole company did a fantastic, beautiful, very professional and customer oriented job. We will do business again.

Initially, they weren't the lowest bid that I got for replacing my asphalt shingle roof and new seamless gutters, but they did say to let them know if I received lower estimates and they would try to work with me. I called them with the numbers from the other two bids. Not only did they match the bid, they beat it by $200! They were able to start within two weeks, beginning with the roof team and then with the gutter team. Kaleb was our project manager. Communication was excellent! Both teams showed up on time and did great work using high-quality materials, including a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend GHI for your roofing needs!

You may have a fine experience or you may have a completely devastating experience that will require legal action. There doesn’t appear to be a middle ground. But either way it goes, you can be sure this company isn’t “green” at all, and that very few people within it actually know that much about building or renovating homes. They are crooks disguised behind a great sales team and like, a revolving door of 2 or 3 good dudes who quit as soon as they find out how this company operates.Update post response: I’ve never been employed by your company but you can try any dishonest and desperate tactic to discredit my review that you like. If it steers one person away from the potential catastrophic misfortune of doing business with this company, it’s worth it.

The quote process was fast and fair. When our project started, Kaleb our project manager was very good about communicating information or addressing concerns throughout the build process. The crew, Andre, Freddie, and Edgar were very respectful of our property and neighbors. The finished product exceeded expectations. Robert, the owner, made a follow up call before the project was completed to ensure everything went well. He delivered everything as promised per phone conversations and contract in a timely manner. We will definitely refer Green Home and use them again!

Not professional, lots of false promises, they hire everything out, have to babysit every process, craftmanship very poor, had to have them redo work alot, I think they missed square and level day in training, they were listed on angie's list and home advisors shame on them for not following up on them, reviews must be false, they have changed addresses, just try and Google there address and see what comes up, please be very aware and save your money do not use. Just keep following them, lies and corruption will always catch up, they know how to get rid of bad reviews and can manipulate the system, i will keep posting on next door and Facebook, if needed will make flyers and pass through neighborhoods. I took a weekly screenshot of builder trend every week and no updates ever posted for 8 months, have emails saved with false promises

I’m preemptively leaving a five star review/recommendation, as our experience leaves me with no concern that it’ll be finished with the same 5-star experience that it began. From their project managers to their electricians, finishing carpenters, the owner himself and others, the experience has been nothing but enjoyable. I’ll add photos the moments it’s complete. They were fantastic. We had Justin as a project manager for it. I believe our two techs were Bubba and Andrew but not 100% sure. The fence was installed perfectly and they did it in a timely manner. We are very happy with our fence, so are our dogs.Service: Aluminum fence installation

We are very satisfied with the work done by Green Home Installations. They converted a concrete patio into an enclosed porch with lots of windows and glass doors. It adjoined a great room with a vaulted ceiling and faux wood beams, so we decided to make the new room similar. We met with three companies before deciding on Green Home Installations for our addition and definitely made the correct choice. They treated us and our home with care and respect. Kaleb made certain needed materials for workers were here every morning. Carlos, Edgar, and Jacqueline are some of the most meticulous, conscientious workers you will find. Levi and his crew did a fantastic job with the wood faux beams and windowsills. There were a couple of minor things that were not exactly what we wanted as they finished up. To their credit, they offered to change them during a 10-year warranty period. Our new room is beautiful and functional, and we are really enjoying it.

My experience with Green Home Installations was one of the best in my 20 years of hiring firms to do work on my homes. When I bought my current home, the inspector indicated I had a moisture problem in my crawlspace. I had gathered inspection and estimate reports from 5 other companies before calling Green Home Installations, and I am so glad I did. Justin did an inspection and indicated the problems and showed me via pictures what they were. He then showed me “after” photos from projects similar to mine so I could visualize the work that would be done. Additionally, he did something the others wouldn’t do: offered solutions at various price points to meet my budget, and took the time to explain each set of options and scheduled the work to accommodate my budget issues. The estimates from the other companies were an all or nothing approach. The cost of the project was the most competitive of any of the estimates. However, the excellence of the work done (moisture reduction, remediation of the microbial growth, replacement of insulation, and encapsulation) was more than I would have expected from the top dollar companies. Justin explained the scope of work, answered all my questions, and represented the epitome of exceptional customer service. The installation was hassle free and well done, and my interactions with John on the installation team were excellent, and he kept me up to date on the status of the the project. I am confident I will not have problems in my crawlspace again, but If you do, I definitely suggest you contact Green Home Installations.

Green Home Installations was such a blessing to our church. We needed a few projects done in a timely manner for our Bible Conference, and their employees finished everything sooner than we expected. One project was replacing our vinyl siding in the front of our building. Surprisingly, they started and finished the project in one day.
