We called today, (1/22/2024), with plumbing issues that really was an emergency. They were able to schedule an appointment for today! That’s no small deal. We just had 9” of snow several days ago. So finding a company that could provide same day service was amazing. Joseph Carpenter was our technician. He was very kind, polite and courteous. He worked hard to fix our problem. I will always call this company for future plumbing needs! Thank you Hep

Ernest with HEP came out and did an amazing job assessing our plumbing needs at the house and gave some really good advice on other repairs and maintenance to make - he was professionally and detailed and worked hard! We recently had some issues with our upstairs HVAC unit and it was not heating. We called HEP and they came out diagnosed the problem. Let us know how much it was going to cost to fix, as we only had to pay for the labor since the parts were still under warranty, and it really did not take that long to get the parts in. In. Justin , one of the HEP technicians, just left my residence with everything fixed and working. I must say it was a delightful experience as he was so respectful my home and let me know everything that he was doing in good old plain English. HEP should be proud to have a technician like Justin. He was personable and professional. I would highly recommend HEP for any of your plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.

Mr Jacob Newman came out and inspected my system and after the inspection I received devastating news, however he was able to walk me through what I needed to do to remedy the situation. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how to guide me through the process. Jacob was very patient, courteous and professional representing HEP quite well. Our plumber Jordan was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in completing the repiping our old home with PEX. The job was completed in 2.5 days including new water line from the meter at our road. We received a fair price with no extra surprises. I highly recommend these folks!!

Josh Butler saved my families life due to a maintenance man wiring electrical outlets upside down and keeping the outlet live. He did an amazing job at explaining things to me and being very detailed to make sure we were safe. I would recommend him over and over.

Connor has been wonderful every step of the way. He's been courteous, professional, and upfront with every job he's working on. He's replaced a toilet seat, the inside of one toilet(soon to be two toilets), one bathroom sink, and is in the middle of repairing the pipes for the kitchen sink. The original estimate for the sink didn't end up being the only work that needed to be done, and as soon as he was aware of the work needing to be done, he filled me in and gave me a new quote and will be finishing(hopefully) all the repairs tomorrow (as of when I l wrote this review).

Got a quote for a small job. The team was very professional. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day for the quote. Stephen came to look at the job, he was polite, arrived during the appointment time. He called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and answered any questions we had when he was here.

Ed indicated thermal expansion tank was not installed per code and needs to be reinstalled under code. We discussed and determined rerouting the drain line out the garaalso stated that he did not have on hand the solution to flush the tankless heater lines and we rescheduled the appointment.10/13 update. I'm very disappointed with this company. My original appointment was scheduled for 9/23 between 0800 and 1300. I finally got a text from the company indicating the technician was running behind. At 1400, No communication from the technician had indicating arrival time so I rescheduled for 10/6 which is when Ed showed up unprepared. He did not have the solution to flush water heater. He was courteous as mentioned above but still unprepared to do the work. Today, the technician finally showed up around 1230 unprepared. He indicated that he didn't know what supplies he needed to complete the drain line move. He did indicate he has the solution to flush the heater. He left over an hour ago to get supplies to mine the drain line and had yet to return. My appointment window is 0800 - 1300. It's almost 1500 and no work has been started. I will not use this company again. They are not prepared and have wasted 3 full Fridays.

Amanda came out to give us an estimate on a hot water heater. During her assessment she discovered a leak that we thought another plumbing company had correct two months prior. He attention to detail, knowledge and interpersonal skills were impeccable. She is a true asset to HEP!

Chase Rost came by today and fixed a pipe that had burst underneath my stairs, and let me tell you, it wasn't an easy job. There was no access to the pipe, so he had to cut an opening through the wall. He was extremely friendly, surprisingly quick, and he put up with my endless questions about the details of plumbing while working. Overall a great experience. My wallet is fair bit lighter, but I have peace of mind knowing that at least this pipe shouldn't burst again.

Tim White did an excellent job. Having a septic leak inside my house was an urgent nightmare, Tim arrived within a few hours when most other companies were days out. Tim worked hard to ensure my family had water and the issue fixed by the end of the day. Our area is very fortunate to have Tim as a trustworthy plumber!

01/23/2024Your plumbing technician Carter Medley came to my house today to repair a water line break in piping leading to a bathroom.Carter was exceptional. In addition to being very polite, respective and personable, he was obviously knowledgeable in assessing what needed to be done and had all the skills necessary for a successful job completion.However, he also went beyond the services he was sent to provide. He took the time to show me and explain that while no new water leakage was currently seen, there were several areas of concern that might indicate that further breakdown of the water system might present itself. He discussed with me additional re-piping services that were available.
