Amy and her crew were able to help us after being taken advantage of by a previous contractor. Her team was always kind and professional. They worked extremely hard and always made sure we were happy with the progress, as well as being respectful of our home, even though we are deep into our reconstruction and there are boxes and building supplies everywhere. Definitely a trustworthy company that we would recommend to anyone. Highly recommend their work. They provide excellent work with a personal touch. When issues arise, as they will and always do, Amy and team will work for YOUR benefit to make sure you are getting what you expect and bought. Charlie and "Peaches" are craftsmen who have the ability to adjust on the fly as needed with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.When others aren't concerned about taking care of you, it's nice to have a group like iHome who will stand up for you. We all are busy and have a thousand things going on and it's hard to live that life with a renovation going on at the same time. iHome makes every effort to make sure you are comfortable and your expectations are being met in parallel.5 stars is not enough.

We used them for some roof work - They showed up when they said they would, gave me all the information I asked for and more. We found a new home we loved and signed a purchase agreement before putting our old house on the market. The old house really needed some work and we didn't have time to do the touch-up and repairs ourselves. I called iHome for help and they started work within days, even making recommendations for other small and inexpensive fixes that could boost the home's sale appeal. They finished the work in no time and at a very reasonable price for all they did. We put the house on the market as soon as iHome finished and it was under contract in 3 days. And at a great price for us!!! We easily doubled, if not tripled, the return on our repair/touch-up investment. Houses in the neighborhood very similar to ours had been on the market for months leading up to our sale. I could not have been more pleased with all iHome did for us!

Not to mention her electrician was such a sweet soul and came out at no charge to change my light fixture! ihome work speaks for itself. You won’t regret hiring them for all your needs!

Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. Especially when it comes to contractors! We consumers have grown accustomed to "I will be there Tuesday at 8am" then we never see or receive a call that they will not be coming or running late. I have NEVER received this from iHome Improvements (Dustin or Amy Parker). They believe in building great customer relationships and completing each project to their client’s absolute satisfaction! The work they provide is always above and beyond our expectations! Not only have I worked with iHome personally but also As the current BHS Booster's President. Dustin & Amy have DONATED their time, efforts & money in assisting me with Bearden High School football construction projects on multiple occasions. They have built outdoor tables for our sidelines, updating press box, renovating concession stands, installing air conditioner units, etc... Dustin does high quality work and does it on time and communicates with us on his progress. This is not the norm anymore in his industry. It always gives me a bit of hope when a company goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer service..

Would not recommend iHome for any remodeling work.-Poor workmanship with back-splash tile placement (some tiles seem to be buckling out from the walls and the grout crumbles when you attempt to clean the back splash)-Front porch posts are mounted to Styrofoam blocks instead of something much more sturdy. The foam blocks began to crack almost immediately after iHome "finished" my remodel-Poor quality in creating fire pit area--stones are sinking and buckling-Poor quality in attaching storm door--long cracks on the frame where the door was attached-Left a long punchlist unfinished--was told by owner that his men were afraid to return to job site because they were not legal residents-Poor scheduling--contractor would say he would be at my house on a certain day but wouldn't show up--wouldn't call-Didn't install hood vent--contractor ordered it then cancelled the order-Destroyed back door by incorrectly drilling hole for door knob--didn't replace door--tried to repair it and it looks awful-Grout lines in downstairs bath are uneven--some very wide--some very narrow-Tile in upstairs bath is crackingThe ONLY reason I changed my reviews was in attempt to get iHome to come to my place and repair the problems they created. They did not--refused--even threatened legal action if I continued to contact them in an effort to repair the problems. My only remedy was to leave a final 1-star review. Would NEVER recommend them for remodeling services.Addendum: After I left the review above, I was contacted by Dustin, the owner of iHome "Improvements". It was nothing more than harassment. He claims that he and his team did such amazing work. Maybe I'll create a Facebook page or a blog or something that allows me to list all of the photos of his inferior work. Something to consider...

after saving for 38 years, my husband and I hired Ihome to make improvements to our retirement home. We signed with them on Feb 19, 2020 and moved in on may 23,2020. When I complained about the lack of finished work and the paint touch ups needed --the friendly co-owner tried to make me feel she was paying me and not us paying her. She sent her main employee to get cabinets which she painted shut remedied -but he did not sand the drip marks and touch up those. Nor, was the paint spray on our windows and kitchen floor addressed. My husband is a decorated veteran and is not used to having his hard earned money treated so callously. More time was eaten up because she had wallpaper for our kitchen hung in the dining room and the dining room paper hung in the kitchen We let that go and demanded better. We are pleased with our second contractor who finished in a timely manner and for the same amount Ihome was trying to charge us had they finished the work. We are allowed to have a negative opinion of Ihome in regards to our experience as to how they treated us-- a retiring veteran family who had saved for many years. We are willing to forgive but not to hire Ihome or recommend them.

All the work was finished within the scheduled time frame and preformed with the utmost of care. We will defineltly use iHome for all our future repair and remodeling needs!

iHome improvements does great work. They were reasonably priced, on time and left everything clean and neat. We had gutters, foudation / flooring repair and tile flooring installed. I would recommend them for your home improvement jobs. Employees were very informative and courteous.

Top-notch work. Very knowladgeable. Had some siding replaces and the house painted. Through no fault of iHome a clerical error between Lowes, HGTV and the paint company resulted in the wrong trim color. They fixed it fast & met me halfway with labor & mats. There's more projects for the house and I will for sure use them again.

Walk through inspection prior to closing and found repairs not completed. Call IHOME & Amy came out on Sunday before Memorial Day to give estimate. Dustin came out Tuesday and we closed later that day. QUICK, RELIABLE SERVICE, PRISTINE WORK.
