We just had our roof re-decked and shingled by Innovative Roofing. I can't speak highly enough of this experience, starting with Dakota who visited our house on a couple occasions to show products etc. With so many choices available, we were having trouble deciding on a color and he actually took samples onto the roof for us to see! He has been very fast in communication and answering any questions. And, unlike every other company that bid, zero pressure. He provided the requested information and made himself available, no harassment later, no pressure to sign before he leaves for a better deal, etc etc.The project itself was supervised by Jimmy, who was at our house everyday almost all day. To be honest, Oscar ran such an efficient crew, they made Jimmy's job pretty easy 🤣. Oscar was at our house before his crew and was the last to leave, everyday, what a true example of leadership, which to me is more important than management! Unlike many contractors with unpredictable schedules, these guys said they'd start on Monday and that's what they did. They were at our house between 8:30-9 every morning and didn't stop working until it was completely dark at 8pm.... Every day! When the project was completed, they cleaned so well you wouldn't even know they had been here.Jimmy stayed on top of the job and provided me daily updates. He went so far above and beyond the roofing project, I had an errand that needed to be done but had my vehicle blocked by pallets. He actually ran the errand for me! Just unbelievable.I had roughly six roofing companies bid on my project and I have no doubt I made the right decision.

I requested a quote for roof repairs needed from wind damage. The response was prompt and professional. After we agreed on a fair price for the work, the repairs were scheduled as soon as weather allowed. The work crew arrived promptly on time, and they were friendly and considerate, as we were home all day during the work and hardly knew they were at the house. The results were very satisfying: The color match was perfect, and the finished product was better than the original roof. After completing the work, the crew did an excellent job of cleaning the area, leaving very little sign that they were ever there. After all that, it is hard not to be completely satisfied with the work.

I had a hole in my older homes vinyl siding. After calling around and finding practically no one, innovative roofing and siding came to my rescue. A couple days after I informed this company that I needed a small piece replaced, they were able to squeeze me in and make the repair. Having an older home, it was fairly difficult to match the older sidings color. Rocky went over and above to almost match it perfectly. I highly recommend this company, they will work with you and help you with whatever you may need and make sure you’re happy at the end of the day. Thank you innovative.

I have never seen a man work as hard as Carlos does, he's more machine than man. They did exceptional work, and cleaned everything up when they finished. I am so pleased with my experience with Innovative Roofing. Jimmy got back with me the same day I called. I had a quote within the first 24 hrs and repairs started the first week and were completed in one day. I was contacted by Rocky before repairs began to set up a date and time and from start to finish, Rocky kept me informed of everything they were doing. (Including photos of the work which was amazing!) There was no mess afterwards and everything was left as if they had never been there. Innovative provided a bid for a roof repair and replacement after the recent tornado. Their bid was fairly thorough for the actual roof replacement but did not include the materials needed for repairs - instead referring to inflated 'change order' pricing. Though Innovative had the initial cheapest initial bid these added costs which would have pushed the final price several thousand dollars past the chosen contractor (who itemized nearly every repair beforehand). Their bid also estimated a 4-6 week for installation - with a 10' hole in my roof that seemed a bit long to wait. Thank you for the professional and prompt estimate and pleasant interaction.

These guys were excellent in every way. Extremely professional (which, surprisingly, others were not!). Answered every question. Monitored every moment of the work itself. Cleaned up completely afterwards (and gosh, that was a LOT.) Pricing was on par and actually a little better than we expected... Great experience. Jordan was prompt with his initial evaluation of the roof and chimney work that we needed. He was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Price was fair. Rocky and Carlos did the repairs. Under the shingles, they found some rotten wood. They replaced it, completed all the planned repairs, finished on time, and left everything clean and tidy. Throughout the process, Rocky kept me updated and provided me photos of the work as it progressed. He even coordinated with another business that was waiting for the chimney work to be completed so they could finish their work on our house. He definitely went above and beyond. I live in Florida, my parents live in Tennessee, I needed to set up estimates on my parents roof in a short period of time. I sent Innovative roofing a request and they contacted me the next day. They came out after setting up an appointment within 24 hours. They sent a tech out to check for wind damage and hail damage. There were detailed pictures of the roof for me to see within a couple of hours after inspection. Explanation of everything that was wrong or a problem was outlined on how they would repair them.The photos of the roof was at every angle. I was presented with the material they were using, warranty that was offered and the process of how it would be applied. How many days it would take and how long they would be out to start. Even though I didn't use them it was a difficult decision to make and I thank them for all they did for me and my parents. We had a new roof installed 3 years ago by someone else, and it was leaking in heavy rains. The original installer had no idea why, so we called Innovative.
