Kirby was very professional in evaluating ridge cap wind damage and providing a repair estimate. Juan arrived promptly at 7:30 and also displayed professionalism. I had ceiling stains in a bedroom and called Litespeed. I wasn’t able to replace my roof at the time, though it was needed, but Litespeed sent Kirby andcrew who quickly located the problem shingles and fixed it. They walked the whole roof looking for any other areas that might cause problems, then they cleaned out my gutters! The crew was very professional and quickly got the work done for a reasonable price. I recommend Litespeed if you’re having roof problems.

Had our roof replaced and we are super happy with the job! We had our roof inspected by Kirby last year before we purchased our home in Morristown and decided to go with Litespeed Construction again when it was time to replace the roof. Kirby was able to honor his quote from our inspection and even included a couple extra services for free (minor repairs to siding, sealing some chimney cracks, etc). His crew was on time, got it all done in one day, and cleaned up nicely afterward. Kirby was responsive by phone and text and answered any questions I had before and after the job was done. Excellent customer service, very reasonably priced, and quick and quality job done. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get roof work done!

Victors communication with me on what did and didn’t need to be replaced was very straightforward and the estimate given was better than expected. I manage one of the oldest buildings left standing in downtown Knoxville. In 2021, we reached out to several contractors to look at our roof. While others tried to get me to sign a $150-200k replacement deal, Kirby and his team guaranteed me they could get many more years out of our existing roof with a few repairs, all at a fraction of the cost!Since that initial service with Litespeed, we have them come out to check our roof a couple times a year; they fix small issues for a nominal fee and keep us up and running and leak free!I recommend them over and over to peers in my industry.Litespeed will get the job done at the right price.Services: Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof damage repair

I had a great experience with litespeed construction for my new roof and gutter install projects. Alex came and gave me a quote and was professional and on time. During the install the workers were quick and did a great job!The gutters had some issues after install (leaking and holding water). Alex and the gutter installers did not hesitate to come out and fix the issues.Overall I'm happy and would recommend them. They charged 6K for my 1000sqft roof and about 60ft of gutters with 2 down spouts.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Had a roof leak after the last big rain in December. Through our condo association, Litespeed was contacted and responded quickly. He found where it was leaking ( around plumbing vent) but also found other spots that were suspicious. Repaired quickly. Repair person was great to deal with …..showed me pictures of the defects then the repairs. Very nice to be dealt with in this manner. Thanks….

Very quick response and resolve time. We had a leak in our entryway and had a different company come for an estimate, they never even took out a ladder to look at the area where the damage was coming from so called for a second quote. Litespeed came out the same day and fixed the issue so we had no additional damage from the upcoming storms. I would highly recommend

I used Litespeed a couple of months ago and their prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes that we got. In addition, I was concerned because I have gardens close to the house and I wanted to be sure they did not damage them and wanted them thoroughly covered.The job was done very quickly, expertly and they took great care not to damage my property and gardens and they cleaned up after they were done.I would highly recommend Litespeed to do your roof also.

My old house, built 1905, developed a roof leak a few weeks ago. Victor and his crew came out to put a tarp over the area. Then I got estimates from Litespeed and 2 other companies. All 3 were close, but I chose Litespeed due to past, prompt experience with them. Victor and crew came this week and finished the new roof in 2 days. This included new decking on a steep roof with lots of angles. They did a great job of clean up also. Good experience with a good company!

Litespeed added some flashing and fixed an improperly repaired hole in the incredibly steeply pitched roof of our house. The job ended up being less work than they originally quoted, so they actually knocked a few hundred dollars off the price. I'm planning to use them for all of our roof/gutter needs going forward!

This company is awesome!!!! They have just put a new roof on my house and the experience was great. They were professional, did an excellent job, quality workmanship, arrived on time, everything cleaned up as though no one had been there and I love my roof (as crazy as that sounds). Their workers were polite. And the best part was Fred Russi. He is one of the best people I have encountered in getting a bid for anything. No pressure, very informative and always patient, returns calls/texts and there on job overseeing. They are fast, too. I expected two days and when I came home at dusk the first day, they were just leaving (talk about putting in the hours). They had brought in a second crew to get the job done that day!
