Mike's crew worked hard and only stopped for lunch. As far as we can tell(we are definitely not going up on that steep roof😱) did a great job on our steep roof. It seemed effortless to them. Roof looks great. The shingles match our house perfectly. They were all pleasant to work with and professional at their jobs. They blew out the gutters, porch, stairs and driveway. Removed all old shingles and debris. Mike even let us play with their nail magnet!! Mike McClain was on site for most of the job to address any concerns. No payment was due until several days after completion. We were happy with the price as it was below other contractors for the same type of shingles. We would highly recommend MDM Construction.

MDM Construction did an awesome job with replacing our roof and more. First to know is the crew is professional and provides a high quality job at a fair price. Mike and his team went beyond just replacing the roof by making all the needed repairs for high quality installation. In addition, Mike assisted with his experience consulting us on best options reviewing options for shingles and colors used. Plus recommended and 'lined-up' other contractors for major exterior/interior work for our home. I don't know where to begin, to describe how pleasant this process was. My Aunt asked if I knew a roofing company, because hers was starting to show its age, and also showed signs of storm damage from some point in the past. After hearing about MDM (Mike McClain) from one of her neighbors who met him during another job in the neighborhood, I decided to call him first. From first conversation, I knew I wouldn't need to call anyone else.We had a time frame that unexpectedly came up and she would be away, and I wanted to get it done on a tight turnaround. All good companies stay busy, and Mike's was the same. But he understood the situation, and wanted to help.I called on a Saturday, he met me the next afternoon as it would be the only chance for the next week.My aunt was prepared to pay for the roofing replacement, but Mike pointed out evidence that would qualify for home insurance assistance, and was also a listed Contractor with her company.Mike helped with the entire process to save my Aunt unnecessary expenses, and stayed in contact.Another thing that struck me well, was during the first meeting. Mike pointed out that he would require no deposit, and will not invoice it until a few days after completion, to be sure we are 100% happy.He also remains on the job to keep an eye on the process and help where possible, which allows the homeowner to have a direct point of contact throughout the job.When it came time to pick the shingle, Mike brought several samples to where I was working, and when we had it narrowed down, he took the 3 that we were considering back to the job site, climbed the roof, and took photos of the samples next to her shingles to give the best expectation possible.As far as the installation process, even despite constant off-and-on stormy weather fighting us for the entire week we had to work with, they got it done efficiently, perfectly, hauled off all of the tear-down and trash, and never left a mark on any of the landscaping surrounding her house. We didn't even have to sweep a sidewalk or driveway where all the supplies were stocked.Beginning to end, A+ experience, and turn-key.Since this is a lengthy review, I'll summarize; I made one call to Mike and he took care of the rest.Thank you to Mike and the crew from my Aunt and I !
