Woody was very responsive to my inquiry and came out quickly to inspect the roof. We were looking to replace my Aunt's roof who lives north of Knoxville. We live in Nashville so we're handing this remotely. It was fantastic that Woody called me often to update me on the quotes, options and also timing of the work. His quote came in below the other 2 quotes and he was also the most responsive. Feels like he is a very 'hands-on' owner.

Our entire experience with Mighty Dog roofing was excellent. John was great and kept in contact with us the entire time. The turn around time from giving a deposit to getting the roof on was less than a week. The crew that put the roof on was very efficient and they got the roof on in one day. Work was done back in May, I've been trying to get their mess cleared from my yard..They left a lot of nails in my driveway, over a period of a few weeks I've found other items such as trimmed metal pieces in my flower gardens. Found 2 razor blades one near my backdoor and one near my deck. They didn't cover up my HVAC unit until after I complained about it and I had to cover it and still found nails inside the HVAC as well, Also brought up this and few issues to woody about the chimney flashing and nail issue who shrugged it off, who was the rep for mighty dog. Took 3 weeks to get gutter workers out to our house as woody says it would be 3 days after roof was put on then changed up the schedule saying they had other jobs first, which isn't a problem normally if your told where your stand on the actual schedule. After all these issues I spent over $10,300 with this company and I kinda wish I waited on another company who also bidded for the work. No matter how many times you'd tell woody or the workers they need to magnet sweep to clean up or picked up or some shingles don't look right they just give an excuse and ignore it. They don't deserve 5* if they aren't gonna earn it. I Highly suggest looking elsewhere unfortunately.

When buying my first home, I knew that problems could arise but I didn’t expect a roof problem to come up so quickly. As soon as something came up, I called Mighty Dog Roofing. Noah came out almost immediately and did an extremely thorough inspection of the roof (outside and in the attic). I had so many questions and he answered every one quickly and honestly. I also got the opportunity to work with Ben who stepped right in with the same quality of customer service that I had been receiving with Noah. My roof was repaired right around the Holidays and it didn’t have any effect on the quickness or quality of the work. Once everything was done, Noah again went above and beyond by going back to the house to take better quality pictures of the project for my home owners insurance. I truly could not have wished for a better team than Noah and Ben. If I could give them more than five stars I would.Thank you for all of your hard work. I appreciate you guys so much!

Nathan woody from start to finish got us a new roof going back and forth with our insurance company. They did our roof in a day. They cleaned up before they left and came back the next day and run a magnet around our home. Nathan then came and run a magnet again when he was picking up the left over materials. We are very proud of the roof and neighbors have nothing but compliments about it! Thanks again mighty dog roofing

I was really in need of a new roof so i reached out to Mighty Dog, that’s when I met Justin Reese. He took time to go over things and helped me decide on the kind of roof I needed (without being pushy) and guided me through other concerns. Once we did the paperwork, he called and told me a day that they were going to start. His guys showed up that morning ready to go and started removing the old roofing. By the time I came home from work it was all done. Justin and Tristan were there when I got home to do the walk through and answer any questions I had. So in short it was an amazing experience to have Mighty Dog Roofing do my job and I highly recommend them. Mighty Dog Roofing is a hero in my opinion.

I was initially very impressed when I called Mighty Dog on a Sunday afternoon and someone (a call center) answered the phone. I was told someone would be at my property the very next day (Monday) for an estimate. The estimator showed up when they said he would and proceeded to take drone footage of the two houses. I expected to get an estimate back within a day or two. When I hadn't heard anything from the estimator on Friday I called the company again to check in to see if I'd missed the estimate via e-mail. The person answering the phone said she didn't see anything in her system but that someone would reach back out to me later that day. I heard nothing. I called twice more the following week to received the same reply from the person answering the phones "I will get in touch with the estimator and you'll hear from someone later today". It has been two weeks since the initial visit from the estimator and I've heard nothing from Mighty Dog. I'm a small business owner and understand that things can go sideways. I just appreciate a bit of proactive communication. Unfortunately I've heard nothing from the company and I still don't have an estimate.

We got our roof replaced and siding as well. Everything was done when he said it would be and it now looks fantastic. *Update* After my bad experience and review, my repair was passed off to a gentleman name Ben who was outstanding. He was punctual, through and friendly. I will certainly use him again for my future needs.Waste of my time. They didn’t show up during the scheduled time. I had to call to find out what was happening. The request was for a roofing estimate but the guy showed up without a ladder so he couldn’t look at the roof. He said he’d come back later with a drone but I don’t think he ever did. Either way, I haven’t heard back even after leaving a message. The only win is that the guy was very friendly.

Woody from Mighty Dog was awesome! I already had quotes and sales pitches from 10 different roofing company's but Woody's was the best. He was fast, to the point, and he got things moving quickly. They replaced my old roof and I did not have any major problems but when I got picky about something he had it fixed right away. Our gutter was pulling away from the roof and the downspout had detached. I contacted Troy and his team because I was afraid of the impending rain causing damage. He made this small job a priority, so I can only imagine the care and promptness they put into other larger jobs. I inadvertently met Noah this morning while walking my dog. After Noah passed is in his truck a large, unfamiliar dog appeared out of nowhere and positioned itself in the path we would need to get home. Noah observed this and turned around and came back to offer his help. He drove slowly beside us until we passed the stray dog to ensure our safety. You can bet I will be calling him if we need any exterior work!

My wife had called to set up an appointment with this company a few days ago. They were supposed to arrive at 12:30 this afternoon. Fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment not arriving, my wife called the company and asked what happened to the person who was supposed to come and provide us with a quote. The lady my wife spoke with informed her that the owner of the company had cancelled the appointment at 8:30 this morning. He had decided they do not do the kind of work we wanted done. But of course, no one called us to inform us that they do not do what we wanted as well as just letting us know that our appointment was cancelled.We do not mind if someone does not want to do a type of work, but it is unprofessional in the extreme to cancel an appointment and not let a prospective client go without even a courtesy call. I am sure that this business probably has friendly contractors who do the work we want done that could have been directed our way and still kept us happy. I will not use this company for any future roofing needs and will not recommend this company to anyone unless they do not want to feel like a valued customer.

Great experience with Mighty Dog Roofing. We had an old, leaky roof and met with several local companies. Ben was great to work with. I had a detailed and itemized estimate the same day he came out to check the roof. Then, our entire roof was redone within the week! Literally 7 days from first contact/estimate to project completion. Other companies were going to have us wait for several weeks. I still can't believe everything was done so quickly and well done. Ben walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions. It took 2 full days to demo and install everything. And they cleaned up nicely afterwards, you'd hardly know the place was a construction site for a few days. I have only positive things to say about this job and recommend them 100%. We called to get an estimate for a whole house roof replacement. Ben came out and discovered that we actually had damage from the recent wind storms. We had an estimate and were able to connect with the insurance within 2 days. Within 2 weeks we had our brand new beautiful black onyx roof installed to perfection, including repairing some damage we weren't aware of. The job was completed in 2 days. Mighty Dog Roofing is a professional, responsive and friendly company that I would highly recommend. When I called, I had an appointment scheduled within a day or two. Jamie arrived promptly and provided feedback on the roof status. Once the insurance company approved a replacement roof was needed, Mighty Dog Roofing came a week later and installed the new roof. The installation team was at the house early in the morning and worked a 13 hour day to complete the job. Throughout the day, they picked up the debris and nails. When our dogs needed to go out, Jamie cleaned up an area so that the dogs can take care of business. Mighty Dog Roofing will also provide the necessary documentation to the insurance company to full complete the claim.
