We had a small leak in the valley of our roof where all peaks met. Brad and his team came out very quickly to fix the problem. They removed our current tin, added a waterproof membrane then replaced the tin and new screws. They were kind, efficient and affordable. Highly recommended would use again.

After engaging a few different companies for roof replacement, we chose Mountain View Exteriors for a variety of reasons. Brad made an excellent impression, being on-time and well prepared for our consultation. He shared a variety of options and gave us several factors to consider when making a decision. After our existing roof needed multiple repairs due to poor craftsmanship, we appreciated that having a warranty that guaranteed craftsmanship was an option. The crew that did the installation was led by a gentleman who was considerate and thorough. They worked 12+ hours each day to ensure the job was finished in the time quoted. Overall it was an exceptional experience!

High expectations exceeded… across the board.Brad and the crew at Mountain View Exteriors went above and beyond in all aspects of our full roof replacement. From the start, I appreciated Brad’s time, availability, responsiveness, and no-pressure approach. Having previously obtained quotes from four other contractors, my experience with Brad was at the top. From quote to completion, communication remained constant.Pricing was more than competitive. Compared to some others, it was on the lower end and reflected the value-based approach I was seeking: not the cheapest; not the most expensive; simply the best value for our dollar.What I appreciated most was his approach to simply doing things the right way. I had working knowledge of the process and did my due diligence with different product lines, upgrades, and features. With Brad, all of the extras to do the job right came standard from the start; not custom add-on for a premium as with others. I truly felt he treated my home like his own.Finally, I’d like to recognize the crew who worked on our home. Our roof is certainly on the larger and more difficult/complex end of the spectrum. The crew worked sun-up to sun-down to get the job done in a timely manner. Several of my neighbors commented on the crew’s strong work ethic. In addition, I had a neighbor that had a small roof issue and found it near impossible to get someone out to make the repair. The foreman of crew sacrifices some of his valuable time to assist my neighbor and quickly complete the repair, which I greatly appreciate.Admittedly, I’m somewhat hard to impress and do not give reviews out unless I have been more than impressed or extremely disappointed with an experience. As stated in the opening, working with Brad and Mountain View Exteriors has more than exceeded my expectations. We selected Mountain View Exteriors for many reason.First, the owner, Brad. He is very personable. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and spent the time needed to answer any and all the questions we had.He helped us make a good business decision, on a product that fit our needs. He was patient, and was sincere about the service he offered.This company was not the least expensive, however, the quality and warranty we received out weighted the few dollars more.The product we decided on, offers a 50 year warranty and is transferable to who ever buys our home in the future.The finish product is what we expected and more. The color, and style, is exactly what we had visioned. We also painted our shutters and his foreman Junior, came back and hung them for us.Our clean up was not exactly perfect, however, Brad came over and spent time to hear our concerns and is going to use the use this information for training in the future.If you are looking to invest in your home. If you’re like me, you read and analyze the reviews. After all, a new roof is a big outlay of money and you need it to last. Well, Brad and Mountain View Exteriors are outstanding. We were going from an asphalt roof to a new metal one.Brad is professional and friendly. He explained our options, answered questions and showed us a ton of photos from previous jobs.In choosing a color for a metal roof, I would suggest using Google’s color picker on a photo of your home. This helped us immensely.The big day came and it was cold. Brad’s crew boss, Junior, is wonderful. You will be very fortunate to have him and his crew working on your home. They literally work from sun up to sunset. Junior knows his stuff and will answer all of your questions.The roof is gorgeous and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job. If you are a diehard do-it-yourselfer, you know that the people you hire have to be five star. Hire Mountain View Exteriors and you won’t be disappointed!

I went to three local companies all highly rated before hearing about Mountain View Exteriors. Those companies took forever to even get a quote back to me.
