I had some fascia siding wrap blow off my house and up onto the roof.I called Mr Handyman and they sent Brandon Kingore out a few hours after I called.Brandon arrived at my house and was able to climb up, fix and replace the siding wrap perfectly back the way it was.I am very happy and pleased with the service and results.Very friendly and professional, I would definitely use again and recommend their service.Greg Ryan

Zach and George worked in our home for 2 weeks taking care of repairs on behalf of our builder, Goodall. While the process was lengthy, they showed up promptly every day and kept us informed about the process. We are super grateful for Mr. Handyman’s flexibility, especially after our home repairs were paused for over a month, due to an issue with mold. They showed respect for our home and our furniture while working by ensuring everything was covered including our hard wood floors and all furniture. They pride themselves on quality work and they did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel, plumbing, drywall, and painting. Thanks again.

I have used Mr. Handyman for several jobs over the years. This one involved patching and replacing drywall in my downstairs bathroom after a plumbing problem upstairs.Jorge Chavez did an excellent job. He patched the wall and ceiling and was able to match the look of the popcorn ceiling so you'd never know it was even there. Then he painted the entire bathroom.He was on time, friendly and very efficient. When the job was completed, he did a great job cleaning up everything. I was very pleased with his work.

Tom Howard was our technician for two jobs at our home. Tom was punctual, professional and went above and beyond to complete the jobs. A part was missing from a product I had purchased that was to be installed, but Tom was able to use his experience to complete the installation. I am a first time customer of Mr. Handyman. I run machinery in my home attached garage 24/7 and consequently, the garage gets very hot. As a solution, I purchased some vents (two different types) for placement in my garage door. Although this particular operation is not listed specifically by Mr. Handyman as a service, they agreed to take on the project. Travis Bower, my technician, was on time for the appointment. Moreover, Travis was very professional, friendly, communicative and knowledgeable. He installed the vents in less time than I thought he would and the total cost came to be lower than the initial quote. Travis also cleaned up the area where he worked after he was finished and documented the work done. As a side note, I also like the fact that the franchise is family owned which to me means that the owners take their reputation and business very serious. I am very happy with the results and service provided to me. I will definitely be using Mr. Handyman again for future projects!

Eric Whitehead provided an excellent job of getting our heavy duty door with an installed doggie door on the side of our house on 302 West Red Bud Road. Eric was very thoughtful and did a great job and provided a great story as well. Eric Whitehead has a real skill set and gave me an insight to not only what was needed in our house that we have recently moved into in colonial Estates here off of Chapman Highway in South Knoxville. he came back to make sure that we completed the installation successfully. I cannot say enough great things about them. Malissa, who answered the phone, etc was very attentive to what all I needed done in my house. Jim, the man who came out, was extremely nice and helpful. We made a list of all needing to be done. He started on it immediately. He was able to complete a lot on that list in one day. He will be coming back out to complete the projects left. It has been an overall wonderful experience!!

He not only repaired the broken downspout and cleaned out the gutters, he assessed the issues with the guttering so that a longer term solution can be estimated. Wanted an upfront fee of almost $200 just to come out for an estimate to price a replacement for tub/shower. Also, was unwilling to entertain any project that seemingly would result in a bill under $5000. Corporate greed at its finest I suppose.

I haven’t actually used Mr. Handyman, but I’ve received two different quotes over the phone. This company is ridiculously overpriced. I needed 40ft of a fence removed. Mr. Handyman quoted me $1800 over the phone. I choked when the lady on the phone quoted me that amount. I eventually found a regular handyman to take it out for $150. Just be cautious and get other quotes.

Keith was excellent. On time, very courteous and professional, helped diagnose problem with bathroom fan that was not on original task list. Also gave me suggestions for future bathroom fan replacement. Repaired roof soffit and inspected soffit for any other issues, cleaned out gutters, replaced toilet valve set. Handyman and Keith are on my "go to" list.

We had a dryer vent become disconnected in the wall (unknown location). Raymond Jones found the correct location to open the wall and discovered where the pipe had separated (see pic). He fixed the pipe in such a manner that it should not happen again and then repaired the sheetrock such that you could never tell a large rectangle had been cut. Luckily we had some extra wall paint on hand, and the end result was perfection. Highly recommend Ray and Mr Handyman.Services: Painting, General repairs, Drywall repair
