Derrick came to our house today to inspect our roof and give us a quote on a full replacement. He was friendly and professional, and gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision on our repair options. He provided samples of the products that would be used on the roof repairs and went over all of the ample financing options with us. Our dogs immediately took to him and he was wonderful with them which is always a good sign for our household.

Pinnacle Home Improvements is the company I chose for work at my home in Sevierville, Tennessee that I purchased in October of last year. I contracted new windows, roof, siding, shutters, gutters and downspouts. Needless to say I am very pleased with the final product. They were very professional and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.Quality of craftsmanship is outstanding.Thank you to Adam for always being available to answer all my questions. Thank you to the siding guys (Charlie, Mark, Robert, and Bobby) who addressed any of my concerns and went above and beyond to provide attention to details to my liking (I am very particular).They were very conscientious and arrived every day from start to finish until the work was completed. Guy in Red Ford Pick-up, wrapped with Pinnacle Home Improvement, was driving irradically, cussing & flipping people off. This is unacceptable behavior!!! I am currently in the market for home improvements and renovations; but if you treat someone like this just driving down the road, you are not the person I want to hire. Cutting people off in traffic and cussing them out is NOT professional behavior!! I hope other potential customers will see this review and not hire you either.

We usually have bad experiences with salespeople but Mr. Tucker is completely different. Our impression of him is that he is highly professional and we can sense the sincerity in his words. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have tried to work with them over 4 times.The 1st attempt was cancelled after they informed me my wife must me present before they would show up for estimate. The house needing a roof repair was 75 miles away and my wife is handicapped and would not travel there just for estimate.After telling them we can't do business with them, I started receiving telephone calls every few months wanting to give estimate. Every time same results, wife must be there. I asked them to remove my name from their call list but they kept calling.I recently saw their booth at a home improvement show and explained this history. The salesperson said they would speak to upper management and see if they would allow an exception for my wife not being there. They did call and granted that exception but the day before the scheduled estimate I received a call verifying appointment and was informed the job would be a minimum of $20,000.00 and was I able to handle that.I was floored at that comment, $20k without even looking at home's roof or even asking how big the home was or type repair needed. Give me a break!There are too many family owned businesses out there that would value your business, stay away from companies like this that are just interested in big dollar jobs.

We recently went to the Knoxville Home and Garden Show at the Knoxville Convention Center. We scheduled a appointment to get an estimate on new windows. David came (he showed up on time) to go over what was available for windows. He is a very pleasant person and went over all of the options. He was very patient and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.We scheduled to have the windows replaced and David explained everything that was going to be done. My wife and I would recommend Dynamic David to anyone who needs windows replaced. We are now waiting for the windows to be made and installed.

This is the first review to come. As of right now, my experience working with them has been great. David M came out just a little early, which was fine because discussions about what we wanted done ran longer than the representative on the phone said it would take. David was awesome, though. Very personable, read subtle cues my wife and I gave like he was reading a book, and was overall an awesome person to have dealt with. I am looking forward to seeing if the rest of the company stands up to the high expectations I now have of what to expect after Davids awesome salesmanship and company representation. He set the bar high for everyone else in the company to follow.

Hello there! We spoke with David M with Pinnacle Home Improvements (PHI). He is personable. He is very knowledgeable about the products PHI carries. He was patient with our questions (comparing products), our desire to see quotes in different ways (windows only, gutters only, siding only, and combined). He was patient with us as we decided what we did want to do now, as well as how we wanted to finance the project. We have a small home and he treated us as if this was a big project; understood it was a big project/decision for us. We enjoyed being able to view our home in 3D within their program as we chose what color and finish we wanted. I can only see you having a good consult experience with David.
