We recently had extensive work done on two chimneys that were letting water into our attic. After doing an extensive search and obtaining several quotations, we found Pinpoint Roofing to have the best combination of price/reputation/warranty.They scheduled the repair promptly and did the job very professionally. In particular, Michael Satterfield did a great job of supervising the project and in answering all our questions and concerns. Great company with fantastic customer service and communication.We had roof damage from a severe wind storm this past spring. Chris and his crew came out and were on site when the insurance adjuster arrived. Pinpoint Roofing worked hand in hand with my insurance company and even pointed out a few areas that needed to be included in the estimate. The insurance company agreed that we needed a complete roof and covered it all.Since the repair was done during the drier part of the season, Chris wanted me to let him know when we had a really hard rain. He was concerned about a transition piece from the main roof to the metal roof covering the back porch. After a hard rain, his concerns were correct. The roof was leaking on the back porch at the transition piece. Although this part of the roof was not Pinpoint's responsibility, Chris sent Drew out and he fixed the issue at no cost!There are not too many companies out there who operate this way anymore.Pinpoint Roofing is very professional, reliable and on time. They communicate clearly, perform excellent work and clean up. I highly recommend them.

Chris and his team were key in our renovation by matching the slate tile roof on our new pantry and updated studio to our existing roof. They also made repairs, including new copper flashing, to our house roof in a very professional, competent and honorable manner. I would without hesitation recommend Pinpoint Roofing to anyone. We were in such a stressful situation with a different roofing company who for 5 months let damage continue to happen to our home. Our neighbor told us to call Pinpoint because of the wonderful experience they had with them, so we reached out to them. After explaining to Chris what had been going on he came out immediately. He knew very quickly what our problem was, what the other company had done wrong, and returned within the next couple of days to fix it. They ended our months of stress and damage. I have used Pinpoint roofing three different times. In all three instances they were quick to respond and provided outstanding service. My roof is steep and comprised of concrete tiles and in places copper. One job was due to a tree falling on the house and the other job was to redo some faulty design when the house was first built. Soon after I bought my house, I discovered a couple of minor leaks, and something going wrong at the skylights. Chris McReynolds inspected it, shared pictures with me of the problems, and repaired it for a reasonable price. At the time he gave me an estimated remaining life in the roof. He was conservative, I believe it lasted a year or so longer. Then he looked after the replacement roof for me. Very satisfied. These folks are proper craftsmen, not just shingle-layers. I'd trust them for any roof job.

Pinpoint roofing is always great to work with. We have used them for both emergency repairs and reroofing. They installed EPDM on a low slope roof for us and they fixed a very tricky leak where our rooflines come together and wind blown rain could make it's way in.
