Fast response. Professionally done work (Chris S. was our technician). This most recent work was at our home. I've used Pipe Wrench Plumbing for commercial repairs in the past as well. They can be "a little pricey" in my opinion, but, I've never had to call them back for follow-up repairs or warranty work. Everything has always been done really well.

Very pleased with the service provided by Pipe Wrench! Our main water supply line has burst 4 times in 10 years, and on the last break, it was time to replace the whole line. Travis and his assistant were prompt, very courteous, efficient, and very clean. Obviously digging was required… Minimal impact to the yard! All plumbing waste was cleaned promptly, etc. And even better, the owners of the company have a fantastic communication plan. Texts were sent, personnel arriving at your home are identified ahead of time with a photo.. excellent customer service. Highly recommend Pipe Wrench for plumbing needs!

I appreciated this company sending me notification with technicians name and photo and the time they would be by in advance of my appointment.Colin was respectful, polite, straightforward, even wore coverings over his shoes in my house.I was so impressed by Colin and the way this company processed my appointment, met my need, and handled the transaction.I have a new pressure regulator. Granted, I’d rather write home about something with more pizzazz, but a pressure regulator is important.I may need an expansion tank on my hot water heater to assist with thermal expansion, but I’m waiting on that purchase.Picture is from before a new pressure regulator was installed. I still have good pressure in all the showers. So I think I’m ok. Thanks Colin with Pipe Wrench Plumbing!

They are price gauging. I asked Pipe Wrench and a few other plumbers to come out and quote moving a washer/dryer hookup about 6’ across a wall and move a shower head 6 inches higher. I already had everything down to studs so this is a very straight forward job. I was quoted $3,500. As someone who has renovated houses and frequently works with contractors, $75/hr is a good rate for a plumber. A day of labor and parts should easily be less than $1,000 add $500 for the companies profit and you get $1,500 total. But not $3,500. They seemed friendly and professional so I’m not condemning them, but for those who are struggling with inflation please know there are quality plumbers who are far cheaper.

This review was done after the inside installation was done. If all you need is inside work, good job. As far as digging up your yard, DON'T LET THEM!!!!!They dug mine up and when they refilled it, it was just chunks of clay, uneven and even buried the roots that they pulled out. Came back, after several calls and stopping by the office, and tried to level it up. Still rocky and bare. Didn't even offer any compensation for their unprofessional work on my yard. This was an Inheritance from my father and now after paying 12,500 for the work, I still have to hire a landscaper to fix it.The gentleman were very professional and efficient. Explained everything and answered all my (silly) questions without any hesitate or making me feel stupid. They were extremely helpful and made everything seem so easy. I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals. They worked with me on finding an affordable solution for all the problems I had an inherited with an almost 100 year old home. It was a huge job and they were finished in a day. I would recommend these professional men to anyone without any hesitation.

Chris Love was on time, courteous, professional, and attentive to my explanation of why I had contacted Pipe Wrench to determine if we (still) had an internal pipe leak. He was able to educate me about mold growth, as well as calcification’s effect on a toilet over time. After 3 years of working with mold remediation companies, carpenters, roofers, other plumbing professionals, and home insurance specialists, I believe I can move forward with the necessary repairs thanks to Mr. Love taking the time to listen to my explanation to date, then providing 3 options Pipe Wrench would use to fix the house’s problems.

Kellan was extremely professional and even offered a Piece of Mind plan that would help save me money for my visit along with additional services for annual maintenance of my plumbing and HVAC. During the visit, he checked the main line outside and inside plumbing. He cleared both our extremely slow draining toilet and clogged kitchen sink. This was all done at an affordable price. Grade A service! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone else!

Chris and Cory did an amazing job in an emergency situation in a brand new (to us) house. Getting the work done for years to come. I had some issues with my gas lines and they did an evaluation and found the problem. They also caught a serious issue with my hot water heater vent that I hadn’t noticed as well! They gave me quotes on a couple of options and now I have a properly installed tankless water heater. I was very impressed with their work and with their ability to get me on the schedule so quickly. After reconnecting the toilet tank and vanity in my powder room (that I disconnected so I could wallpaper) water started coming through the ceiling in our basement. This is the second time Aaron Hardy has performed a preseason tuneup on my home HVAC system. In fact, I requested him this time because of the great work he did last fall. Aaron is very knowledgeable & thorough, and extremely customer oriented. Should I need HVAC servicing over the cooling season, I’ll definitely request him. And when I schedule my system tuneup in the fall, I’ll ask for him again. I highly recommend Aaron Hardy and Pipe Wrench!!!
