Even in the rain, they came and performed temporary repairs until the second crew came and made permanent repairs. I had a rood survey completed as well. Rackley Roofing was very responsive to my roof leak. I called them on Saturday and they came out on Monday morning. They quickly identified that the problem was damaged shingles, and roofing nails causing a hole in other shingles. They went out and secured the needed shingles, returned and in a short period of time completed the repair! Your drivers need to focus on the damn road and not their cell phones at 424 on Monday, Aug 28 in busy traffic. Exiting 40 east bound off the papermill exit and your driver going 40 and brake checking completely unprofessional. Especially placing other lives in danger while he takes his phone call and is completely oblivious to traffic laws. Seriously do better! We have dashcam video for proof and will post as well.

Rackley came out and did an extensive repair on our 90,000' standing seam roof. Before getting in touch with them, we had 2-3 different roofers look at it. Every one of them told us we needed to reroof the entire facility. We had 1200' of leaking roof seams and were under water (literally). Rackley repaired our leaking roof for a fraction of the cost we would have spent to re-roof. Their crews were extremely professional and fast. They had our entire roof fixed within a week, it has been months and they still check in to make sure there havent been any drips or issues with the work they completed! I highly reccomment their matenance programs to keep things running smoothly and any new issues from arising or worsening and requiring more extensive repair.
