Had a request for an in-home consult regarding a possible load bearing wall. They showed up within the hour of my initial call and helped us out! Extremely quick response and knowledgeable assurance. I wholeheartedly can suggest to anyone to hire Travis and company. After we talked over the phone, he promptly setup a meet at our house, was there when agreed, gave us ideas and we got a detailed, written quote and contract. Once we agreed, the whole project was done in the promised time-frame, professionally. He AND his team were always careful, looked for the details, had good suggestions, did not cut any corner. They did a spotless job. As a side note: when you talk to him, you feel that he takes pride in their work, give you options. If you need a true professional, hire Travis. I say it with full confidence. I will again next time, when kitchen remodeling will come around.

I'd like to thank Rapid Repairs and Renovations and Travis Mogush for the fantastic job they did painting my mothers home. My father passed away a year ago and my mother decided it was time to get her home ready to put on the market so she could downsize. I live out of town, but was responsible for hiring and coordinating contractors to get my mother's home ready to sell. While I was visiting Knoxville for a week, I met with four different painting companies. Travis was who we chose. Travis had a sincere interest in the project and I could tell had a eagles eye when it came to attention to detail. During the time he and his crew was painting the home and I had left town, he was very considerate of my mothers needs and it was easy for my mother to continue her day to day routine while they were there. Also, it was easy to communicate with Travis and he would clarify with me if he had questions about our needs. We had a roof leak and Travis came out promptly to give us a quote, we are going to continue to monitor the leak as it wasn't as bad as I had originally thought. Travis was prompt to respond, knowledgeable, and helped us understand what was going on in the area my husband and I couldn't see. I plan on hiring him for some other things we need done around the house since he was such a nice guy!

Travis Mogush and his talented team are in the process of completing our third bathroom renovation to date. Their work has been simply outstanding and has far surpassed our expectations. I was blown away with the care and professional work Travis did in my rental uniit. I called him on a Friday as another contractor called and cancelled his appointment. I told Travis I had a home inspection on Saturday and he took the time on a late Friday evening to come out and repair what was needed but also make suggestions on what else needed to be done and did it below the cost I had expected. I will only use RRR in the future

RRR was very fast, professional and showed up on time. They we were very flexible with me on scheduling a time to fix my metal capping on the top dormer of my house. Will definitely rehire in the future for any repairs or remodels that are out of my ability!

Called and scheduled them to come out for a quote between 11am and 1pm. Waited around for them until 2, no one called and no one showed up. Wasted a good chunk of my Saturday on them.
