Southern Industries Home Improvements is an excellent company. We are so pleased with our decision to purchase our new shower from them it was a stress-free experience from beginning to end. Nice showed us a video and gave us great choices of colors and features and made it easy with no pressure to pick out the shower we wanted. He gave us options of financing to make it easy to pay if we chose not to pay in full. The whole process was just so simple and easy. We were blown away with the installation too. Jeremy was so nice, careful of our home - he put down tarps so he didn't make any mess! He is a master craftsman and our new shower is just beautiful. We love it so much when we get in to take a shower we don't want to get out! Southern Industries Home Improvements is definitely a company that keeps its word and meets expectations and more.

Nick and Blake did a great job on our new gutters and gutter guards. They arrived on time, adjusted their sequence when we had a power outage, and completed in a reasonable time.The gutters look good and have gotten a good test this week.

Easy to schedule, friendly Sales persons. We did not purchase anything as the cost of the work was incredibly higher than expected and I feel the need to get a few competitive quotes. 4 stars because you need to be prepared for the HARD SELL tactics they employ. They are in your home asking hilarious sales questions like "is there any reason besides price we won't sign a deal today" and if you say no be prepared for the sales tactic #2 of calling the manager for additional discounts. It was a little much for me to listen to someone talk to a manager and put on a show of advocating for discounts. I get it and I am sure it may work. The quality of the work and company seems top notch and we will consider them if the costs prove to be standard.

The salesman was very professional and experienced. Made my wife and I feel very comfortable and confident. We’ve had 2 other quotes and this company went out of their way to give us a great price for our window replacements. Will know more after they complete the job.

We didn’t end up not getting the ultimate gutter guard like we wanted but this company went to bat for us and figured out what product would work for our situation. We have a 1930 house that was flipped about ten years ago. The gutters on the house had no fascia board behind them (which MJ noticed initially) but when their team was sent out to put the ultimate gutter guard up, a problem along the line of the roof was noticed. A manager and contractor came out to figure out what was going on and the best course of action. After spending at least an hour trying to figure out what the underlying problems were, a decision was made to put a less expensive product on (six inch gutters) then a more expensive product that wouldn’t work properly due to the issues with our house and a knowledge that we needed a good foundation contractor pronto. While the gutters can’t fix the underlying issues, they are 10x better than what we had and look so much better. I will always come back to this company.

We had the consultation, we did check with 2 other companies , we went with Wilkerson and went with the high end replacement windows & placed the order. Our windows came in and wow! We are thrilled, our installation was perfection. Clean, our home was treated with respect and left immaculately clean. I would recommend Wilkerson to everyone. The total cost, while having much, much better products then the chain stores is rightfully higher; but, they come with actual and respected warranties from the company itself besides the product companies warranty.
