This company lacks some serious communication skills. The contractor sets up phone meetings but never calls you. They only communicate through texts and screenshots. Took way longer for cabinets and flooring because nothing was ordered on time or correct sizing. Took asking repeatedly to get all of my belongings back. Never carpet cleaned like agreed upon. Trinity was extremely fast in getting someone out to my house to look at my mold issue and and eventually cleaning my ducts. I met two of their employees and two of the owners - all extremely polite and thoughtful. The first company I called wouldn't even come to my house. I called Trinity and they came out within a couple hours of me calling them on an early Monday morning. Quinton & Michael got to work immediately after I explained the issue and I signed the paperwork. By the time the job was taken care of Quinton, Michael, & Ethan took care of the cleanup even after we realized it was a bigger job than we originally thought.Service: Sewage cleanup

Not much to say. Made multiple attempts to ask about a bill that was already finalized with my insurance adjuster. When the work was done, received a bill about 2800 more. They did not call my insurance about the higher bill. Instead, they just sent it to me. When I asked about it, I was told they would speak to my adjuster… may 19th. Nothing said to me until last week, when I received a threatening letter they wanted to put a lein on my house due to non payment…. Very unprofessional considering no one called on the 19th like was said. All could have been avoided if they would have just called me. Filled me in on if you talked to him, not send those types of letter. I got money same day I talked to adjuster. This place really makes me think of that mechanic you take your car to for an oil change, then receive a bill for 2000 for stuff you didn’t need. All of this was not needed.
