Absolutely horrible customer service and communication. Reached out to them in Nov 2023 for an estimate for a home addition. Was told they would have the estimate ready by the following week. Several weeks later I still had nothing, and had to reach out to them numerous times asking about it. Each time I was given some different excuse as to why it wasn’t completed. After finally getting some form of an estimate, it was far from complete and missing huge aspects of what was discussed, like the roof, plumbing, painting, etc. after sending my questions back to the company I have still not gotten any response back. I reached out to the person who came to my house to begin the estimate only to find out he left the company. This has been over 2 months since they first started this process. Find someone else who appreciates their customers. Volunteer building services does not stand behind their word or their customer service.Edit:It has now been several more months since submitting my request to them for a home addition. Even after a reply to my review from the company stating 60-90 days for an estimate, I have yet to hear back from them. Find another contractor that appreciates your business.

Asked for an estimate of a room add on job They said we would have the estimate a week later and 3 1/2 weeks later we STILL dont have it. The lady answering the phone was short with me when asking why we still didnt have the estimate and because 3 weeks later I commented on a FB post it would be nice to get a response she sent an email saying since I made the post they were not the contractor for us that they are at the mercy of the lumber companies to get the quote. Funny thing is I had 2 other quotes who got back with me in 1.5 weeks doing the same thing. If this is how they are trying to EARN your business I can only imagine how they are after they have!!! Avoid

Hired them two years ago to fix issues in our crawlspace. They did a great job!We just hired them to do an addition on our house that involved a garage and before they started working they had an engineer come out to make sure everything was ok before starting the work. They built us our garage, a ramp, steps, and a small bathroom. Very pleased with them and will use them if needed. Good local people.

Got a building almost a year ago. So far so good. Though about getting a smaller one to. Butttt gotta wait tell this ones paid for. The gentleman working there is is a great sales rep. The guy thst delivered it . Great as well. Haven't had any complaints yet.

Hired them to place the insulation in my new house. The inspector noticed they didn't place the hangers on the insulation under the house per the manufacturer's specifications. I asked them several times to come back and fix them but they would not. I had to climb under my house and place over 200 hangers to get the insulation to the manufacturer's specifications. Very unsatisfied.
