Awful customer service. Cannot get a response or returned call from the owner. Trying to finish a house and can't get windows. Do not trust their word. And yes they have been paid.

Guys inside are good. But heaven forbid you need to pick something up out in the yard. Be prepared for a long wait and no communication. I pick up lumber for my employer every so often and every time I go there, there is no other customers in the yard but yet I still have a long wait and the employees just do their own thing and not offer any help.

Some prices are good, some bad. Won’t match prices. Material went up over 200% in one week and said that’s just the way it is. They act like they don’t need your business. Like to support local when I can, sometimes they make it hard.

Witt lumber is a great place for building products- lumber, door hardware, exterior materials, etc. They are a locally owned company, which is great.

The best place to buy any of your Building Material Needs, they have stuff you WILL NOT find at the local Home Depot or Lowe's!! They have very helpful staff, Bert is very knowledgeable, in helping with all of your questions. Very friendly Staff! I Recommend WITT. !!!
