I brought a sample of old roof and order 5 sheets to match exactly what I brought in and received a completely different pattern. I mention it to the lady at front desk she told me nobody makes that pattern anymore that I would have to salvage it to get the same pattern. I went to another supplier and they made exactly what I needed. I called and asked about returning it or getting it discounted at cost since it was not what I ordered and she said that do not do returns on anything that I as cut. So if you use this business and they make a mistake don’t expect them to make it right. They stand behind there no return policy even when you bring a sample of what you need matched and they make something completely different. Highly recommend not using this business. Wish I could leave the a zero star review because that’s what they have earned.
