We have a large, complicated with a high slope, 30 year roof. To make it more difficult we decided to add 2 brand new skylights plus a new exhaust fan. We contacted multiple businesses; their estimates were outrageous and the feeling that they were not what we were looking for was discouraging, until we found Lane Roofing. The moment we met the estimator and explain what we wanted I found professional answers and very reasonable estimate. We hired them. The crew was fast (you want this when the weather is always an issue while replacing a roof) and experienced. When they were done everything was exactly the same with a new roof. The roofing went well. Troy (project manager) actively kept tabs on the job. The installation team worked hard and efficiently and were friendly. The roofing was finished in a timely fashion in spite of the unusual shape of the roof! Everything looks good. As a bit of frosting on the cake Norma answers the phone personally every time (wow, no call tree or elevator music!). I would use Lane Roofing again in a heart beat.Service: Roof installation

So glade I was able to find Lane Roofing. They said what they would do and when they'd do it. It only took them 2 weeks from quote to completed job, impressive to me. I had been trying for over 18 months to get a roofing company to replace my roofs with no luck. It’s so hard it’s seems to get anything done in these times but my call for gutters was answered promptly! They came out and materials were ordered and they were here when they said they’d be here to install. Very courteous and conscientious crew. A professional job well done! Oh and they Didn’t make a mess! cleaned up everything just as if they’d never been here (except I had new gutters!) I recommend Lane Roofing!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Spoke with Norma on multiple occasions including entire scope of work. She advertises her business out of Lawrenceburg but is actually located much further south ; which I was not informed of until she cancelled. During our exchange, I was up front and informed her of the entire scope of work and drawings that would need to take place. She agreed and informed me that she would come out for an appointment to provide a quote on a Wednesday.After setting time aside for the appointment, and following up even the night before, Norma cancelled 30 minutes prior to her expected arrival stating her crew was not willing to travel.Again, it’s more of a courteous to say right up front that you can’t do it rather than cancel right before after we took time from work to meet.
