I came to Armstrong for a 12 X 18 covered back porch. I am very happy with the quality of the final project. They worked around a rainy week in April and even came on the weekend to ensure it was completed during the planned week. We discovered one misunderstand in the building plans during construction. We promptly brought it to their attention and they were able to quickly remedy the issue. Highly responsive to text messages and calls throughout the building process. I would happily do business with Armstrong again. It has brought a new life to our home and a place my family will enjoy for years.

Chance and his team did a fantastic job from demo to complete construction of our new semi-covered patio. Shopping a local company is always a plus for me, and hearing they source nearly all products for their jobs from local companies made it all the better. I can’t say enough about Chance and Armstrong Construction. These guys build one solid deck that exceeds all inspection requirements. From start to finish I was amazed by their craftsmanship. This deck will last forever and pricing is more than fair. I wouldn’t even bother getting quotes just go with Armstrong so it’s done right the first time. Our new deck is a real blessing to our home! We are so happy we went with them!

We contacted quite a few companies to have our deck re-done. Some came out to measure but never sent a quote or some came out with quotes that were highly inflated for our budget. We read several positive reviews about Armstrong Construction and now we know why. Chase and Mike both run this operation with great communication. From the first call they came out quickly, had great ideas, answered all questions, and we immediately knew we had the right people for the job. We anticipated quite a wait with getting our deck with roofing done however they exceeded our expectations! They were reasonable with their quote, finished ahead of schedule, and the finished deck is fantastic! Any questions or concerns we had during this process were immediately addressed. We highly recommend them and we couldn’t be more pleased!

We discussed exactly what we wanted, and Chance asked great detail questions in order to give a complete quote. When he quoted, he gave us a price within days.Once accepted, he quoted a realistic start date of when he would have all the materials. The turnaround time from start of the build to finish was less than 2 weeks including weather issues.For our final walk through any small issue was addressed and immediately taken care of.Thank you! Armstrong construction really came through with my new screened in deck! After getting a few estimates, I found their price to be very fair, and their work very high quality. They were able to redesign our outdoor living space, and it has added so much comfort and value to our home. When they discovered hidden rot damage in our wall from the old deck’s improper installation, they were able to work with my insurance company to get that hidden damage covered! They paused deck installation, repaired previous damage, and then finished the deck in great time. I would definitely recommend Chance and Mike and the crew!

I love being outdoors. For the past 3 years, if the weather was nice, you could find me working with my computer outside under a cheap awning. This spring, Armstrong help me upgrade to a rustic screened in porch that I'm calling my "office of solace". The neighbors think I'm nuts because I'm literally out here all the time! Since we can keep the door open, it's become like a new room of our house. My family and I have eaten meals out here (no flies), and played board games together. It's always 5 degrees cooler than out in the sun. It's just really fantastic.Armstrong has been great to work with during this process. Chance won my confidence during the estimate. For one thing, he was the only person that pointed out that we could save lots of money if we kept our existing foundation (all other other companies had just assumed that we could clear everything down to the ground and then effectively rebuild the same foundation again - what a waste!). Chance also crawled under the house to take a look at a house foundation to answer a question I had about a weak spot. He didn't have to do that, it had little to do with the porch, but he did! We were happy with the price of the porch. The staff (Chances family and friends) were all very nice and capable. 10/10, I would hire Armstrong again... probably will as a matter of fact.Services: Wood deck construction, Porch construction

As far as contractors go these guys are pretty good. Everyone on the crew is nice. They clean up after themselves and do what one would expect a professional crew to do. We had a few problems, but we talked them out and the job was finished to my satisfaction. I would say that they do exceptional molding and finish work. They even made a free firm door transition from scratch that looks great. They are also pretty quick. Most of the work in framing and closing in a 18x10 sun room was done in less than a week.
