Terrible customer service .. ordered metal the day before was told it would be ready by 3 .. got there at 3 and had to wait for them to cut it .. then a few days later when went to put up realized it needed to be shorter called to ask if they could cut the excess .. told them I would pay to have it cut .. and they told me no they didn’t do that and go to Lowes to get a device to but on my drill to cut it .. will never go back and tell all not to use them for anything

This is the second building I have been involved in the purchase from Black Builders. Both had custom additions to them. They were both built exactly as ordered and delivered before the promised date. Always treated professionally and courteously. Out of a score of 1 to 10 these people are a 11.

Black's Metal always takes care of us fast and easily. Very friendly and willing to work with you. They may be busy at times but make sure your needs are met to the best of their abilities! We have now used them for our house roof and barn. Any further projects in the future will go through them.

I can not recommend this company to anyone. We purchased a 32x14 building from Black’s. The day after delivery the roof of the building was leaking in multiple locations. We are having to switch out buckets multiple times throughout the day when it rains because the leaks are so bad. Therefore making the shed useless at this time. We spoke with Mathew Black and we were told that someone would be out that week to fix it. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and we can not get a response via phone or text from this company. Do not trust this company with your money. They do not follow through with their word.

These guys build a superior building. We looked at several before deciding to go with Black's. I don't know how they can build such a high quality building and keep the price so low. We definitely recommend Black's Buildings! Thank you Nathan!

Not sure why Harvey was so salty. This is not a fortune 500 company that has customer service reps sitting at cubicles. Its operated by a fraction of the people their competitors have and they still come through will all of my orders. Not to mention the owner will do anything to make a deal but within reason. Also, the prices are the best in the country, just call around. You'd be insane to buy anywhere else.

Called 2 times once a week to price a pole barn never called me back. I call the 3rd time and I get the girl again and she said they are just to busy ...... wow I mean a 30x40 building and y'all don't have time over 2 weeks. Watson's in Tullahoma has just as good prices and fast on fetting what you need.

Terrible customer service. Took us several calls and even going by the office to try to get a call back to place our order. They cut our metal 10 inches short of our requested order and spoke ill of us to the man who was picking up our order. Very disappointed!!
