We’ve had Adam Garner’s team complete three projects for us over the last few years, and they never disappoint! Pictures of our cabin and garage are already on the website.The latest project led by project manager Jared Byrum was no exception. Jared took my ideas and designed a beautiful deck for our above ground pool. When a sub-contractor failed to meet timelines, he came out personally over Memorial Day weekend (100 degrees with the heat index) to keep the project moving. The framers he brought on to complete the job did outstanding work and finished within the timelines promised. We will have the Garner team do work for us again in the near future!

I highly recommend Garner Construction! They recently completed a beautiful outdoor kitchen addition, along with a butler’s pantry at our home. The entire process was a pleasure, and the finished product is beyond what we envisioned!Our project included extending our existing roofline, matching existing exterior brick & mortar, matching interior hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and extensive crown molding. The Garner Construction team worked tirelessly to make sure the construction materials matched our existing finishes.The project manager, Isaac, along with his team, were all outstanding! He was in constant communication with us through the entire process. He took highly detailed notes, managed the budget and changed orders, kept us informed of any issues, and kept our project on schedule.We could not be happier and will definitely hire Garner Construction again! Super disappointed - I met with the Garner team to define the work and asked them to bid the job which was the demolition of an existing deck and the construction of a large composite deck. It all looked super professional in the beginning - great drawings, amazing on line software but ...... then they subbed the work out to a crew who lacked attention to detail, which resulted in the construction of a deck that was visibly not the way it should have been. To their credit, Garner stuck with it and tried to fix the errors but all I ended up with is a hack job. Not at all what I expected for the amount of money I paid to have this work done. If you have any doubts, get in touch with me and come see the finished product - and once you see it, you won't hire these guys.

We originally planned for Garner to build a brand new covered screened deck for our new hot tub as well as extend our driveway and add a stamped concrete patio. During the scope of our project we decided to also have all of our siding and gutters replaced. They didn't blink an eye and went straight to work. Our project manager Jared (and Adam himself) took on some of the finishing work due to delays with staffing and subcontracting. We are 100% satisfied with our new outdoor space and recommend them to anyone looking to make any upgrades to your home! We will not hesitate to call on them for any future projects!

We cannot say enough good things about Garner Construction! We recently underwent a bathroom renovation (turning an extra bedroom into a master bathroom), siding install, front door install + window install with Garner. We were prepared for this project to take a while to say the least … but Garner knocked this project in 3-4 weeks! Everyone on their team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They made communication easy and were quick to fix issues we had along the way. They were also very patient and adaptable as we shifted our vision a little during the process. Adam was always on top of things and honest with us throughout the entire process.Naturally, going into a renovation project you hear all sorts of horror stories about flaky and unresponsive contractors, but Garner Construction does their best to break this stereotype. The process was so easy that there was barely any time for me to be stressed. Our new bathroom and exterior work looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier!! Above and beyond experience with Garner Construction. They built a beautiful screened in porch and installed new decking/railing/steps on my existing deck.I’ve worked with a few construction companies in the past but was always disappointed with lack of communication and general dialogue about the project. Garner completely changed that for me. Everything from the quote/bid process to the final execution of the project was perfect.Matt was wonderful with the building out the initial quote/bid. He sent over an incredibly detailed quote and we went through it line by line to customize it to my budget and preference. We went through probably 6-8 iterations of the planning process and he was extremely gracious and patient throughout it all.Andrew, my project manager, was incredibly thoughtful in the design process. We had multiple design calls where we went back and forth on specifics about the roof, the walls, the exposed beams, etc. I so appreciate his attention to detail and care with the whole plan. The construction crew were respectful, prompt, thorough and efficient.Couldn’t be happier with the end product and general experience, and really could not recommend Garner more. The build exceeded my expectations, stayed within the originally quoted budget, and was completed quickly.

I never thought that living through two bathroom renovations would be fun. And, while it wasn’t exactly fun, Garner made it easy. Their focus was all about giving me what I wanted while inconveniencing me as little as possible. Brennen, my project manager, was great and communicated with me almost daily. He never got flustered even when there were the inevitable hiccups that come with a remodeling project. He was super sensitive to helping me manage my two small dogs while the workers were there. The quality of the construction was excellent. Garner uses quality-minded subcontractors but they also stay on top of everything with frequent inspections and effective troubleshooting. I love my bathrooms! I recommend Garner Construction and will use them again.

New to the area we weren't familiar with contractors but after seeing their work and reviews online we took a chance. We needed a roof over our deck. They came right out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We accepted and within a couple of weeks they came out and started. Everyone that contacted us were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The contractors that did the work were absolutely awesome. We are extremely pleased with the work and plan to use them in the future. I highly recommend them for any jobs.
